You will be working directly at our office in Tirana, a cosy and comfortable space where you’ll have everything you need to focus on your tasks while collaborating with our small team. We believe in creating a warm and professional atmosphere where your creativity can flow and your ideas will be valued.

How are you going to help?
🎨 Visual design: chooses colors, fonts, images, and the overall style
🧭 User experience (UX): organizes menus, pages, and flows to make navigation easy
🧱 User interface (UI): designs functional, modern, and responsive layouts
📱 Responsive design: ensures the site works well on desktop, mobile, and tablet
🖼️ Graphic elements creation: banners, icons, buttons, and visual sections
🔧 Visual updates & maintenance: improves existing pages and fixes design details
🤝 Collaboration: works closely with developers, marketing, and content teams

You’ll be living in my apartment located in the heart of Tirana, close to cafés, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped, offering you a safe and welcoming home during your stay. From here, you can easily explore the city’s vibrant streets and nightlife.

This is more than just a volunteer program: it’s a chance to immerse yourself in Albanian culture, connect with locals, and experience the country’s unique lifestyle while contributing your skills to a meaningful project.

Atividades & Turnos

Main responsibilities:
- Develop and/or improve the layout and structure of the project’s website.
- Create responsive and functional pages ensuring good usability (UX/UI).
- Adjust the visual identity, colours, fonts, and graphic elements according to our brand.
- Optimise images, menus, and buttons for intuitive navigation.
- Integrate necessary tools and plugins (forms, blog, contact area, etc.).
- Ensure the website works smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Add new tours to our website

🕘 Morning shift (choose one):
• 9:00 am – 12:20 pm
• 10:00 am – 1:20 pm

🕑 Afternoon shift (choose one):
• 1:50 pm – 5:10 pm
• 2:10 pm – 5:30 pm
