You will be working directly at our office in Tirana, a cosy and comfortable space where you’ll have everything you need to focus on your tasks while collaborating with our small team. We believe in creating a warm and professional atmosphere where your creativity can flow and your ideas will be valued.

How are you going to help?
🎹 Visual design: chooses colors, fonts, images, and the overall style
🧭 User experience (UX): organizes menus, pages, and flows to make navigation easy
đŸ§± User interface (UI): designs functional, modern, and responsive layouts
đŸ“± Responsive design: ensures the site works well on desktop, mobile, and tablet
đŸ–Œïž Graphic elements creation: banners, icons, buttons, and visual sections
🔧 Visual updates & maintenance: improves existing pages and fixes design details
đŸ€ Collaboration: works closely with developers, marketing, and content teams

You’ll be living in my apartment located in the heart of Tirana, close to cafĂ©s, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped, offering you a safe and welcoming home during your stay. From here, you can easily explore the city’s vibrant streets and nightlife.

This is more than just a volunteer program: it’s a chance to immerse yourself in Albanian culture, connect with locals, and experience the country’s unique lifestyle while contributing your skills to a meaningful project.

AktivitÀten & Schichten

Main responsibilities:
- Develop and/or improve the layout and structure of the project’s website.
- Create responsive and functional pages ensuring good usability (UX/UI).
- Adjust the visual identity, colours, fonts, and graphic elements according to our brand.
- Optimise images, menus, and buttons for intuitive navigation.
- Integrate necessary tools and plugins (forms, blog, contact area, etc.).
- Ensure the website works smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Add new tours to our website

🕘 Morning shift (choose one):
‱ 9:00 am – 12:20 pm
‱ 10:00 am – 1:20 pm

🕑 Afternoon shift (choose one):
‱ 1:50 pm – 5:10 pm
‱ 2:10 pm – 5:30 pm
