I volunteered at the lodge for a few days, helping with social media. If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the middle of nature, this is a wonderful place to recharge and enjoy simple living. Just keep in mind that the activities may vary depending on the season and workload, and the dynamic with the hosts might not be as engaging as in other places. For instance, in my case, it wasn't a busy time at all, so I couldn't create as much content as I had hoped. That said, the overall experience was positive, I enjoyed the food, the company of the other volunteers and the nature.

The lodge location is unbeatable, the food was delicious and the volunteers team was amazing. The waterfalls hike is the best activity you can do besides exploring around on your own and chill at the pools. Nevertheless, regarding work, to be honest volunteering at the bar wasn't exactly the experience I'm looking for with this platform since it was just washing dishes non-stop for 5 hours and kitchen atmosphere was not the best as well. If you don't mind, it would be worth it.

We were happy to have you here but you were the last person doing dishes kind of work :) so we only accept volunteers for teaching yoga and english classes :) It was nice to have you around and I would recommend your skills and workflow to everyone! The lodge is a beautiful place located in the mountains. You will definitely connect with nature and explore beautiful landscapes. The owners are really kind and open minded. The work isn't hard and well explained. The volunteers sleep in confortable tents and your needs are well provided. I would recommend this place.

Mi experiencia en el alojamiento estuvo muy buena, el lugar es muy lindo, perfecto si buscas conexión con la naturaleza y contigo mismx, te puedes relajar bastante, el lugar es tranquilo y comodo, fue como tener unas vacaciones, hay un rio muy cerca, lugares para explorar, 3 piscinas para disfrutar y tour gratis para hacer, se cumple con las 3 comidas, que son todas ricas y bien preparadas, en cuánto a las tareas, en mi caso mi mayor el intercambio fue en un 80% para lavar platos, ollas y cosas sucias de cocina y bar, pero yo no tengo problemas con esa tarea (pero capaz alguien si) por eso aviso.

Fue mi primer voluntariado y la verdad que fue lo más genial que he vivido todo el equipo de trabajo son personas maravillosas la Sra Ana de la cocina muy hermosa ,la sra Mary ,Jose ,Daysi,Luis , Brenda y todas personas que trabajan allá muy lindas, si se quieren conectar con la naturaleza y pasar el tiempo en un pequeño paraíso deberían escoger el alojamiento .

My time at the lodge was fantastic. The location is perfect for getting to know nature, as it is surrounded by jungle and mountains. The staff is very accommodating, and even let me use the computer in the reception when I was having trouble with my electronics. The free tours and food were also amazing aswell. I would recommend the lodge to anyone looking to connect with nature.

Fue una experiencia muy hermosa, dentro de un Marco de respeto y amor. Festeje mi cumpleaños me obsequiaron la torta, hice amigos. Me encantó el trabajo de Ana que brinda amor con su comida y eso se percibe, de Brenda y José , su amabilidad y gentileza. La coordinación y ejecución de Mary , la sencillez, voluntad y eficiencia de Luis. La amistad, paciencia y compañía de Jessica, la gentileza, predisposición y trabajo de las 3 chicas de lavandería. Las risas y juegos de.mis.compañeros.de.voluntariado, los guías de los tour, amables y explicativos. Y la belleza del lugar. Gracias

Fue una experiencia increíble estar en the lodge. El equipo y los compañeros son geniales, las tareas son asequibles y estan acordes con lo que revibes. En definitiva recomendaria este lugar para voluntariar sin duda. Gracias por hacerme parte de la familia
