The place is very organized and it will be something that encourage me to bring new ideas. It's located in a little peaceful town and I loved the local experience surrounded by nature and lots of hiking trails to see. And of course surf lessons are super fun and absolutely beautiful!! I am grateful. Thank you!

I had such a nice stay at mobs the guest house!! Mariana was super nice and always ready to help and answer any questions. The lodge itself was cozy and since I stayed here in off-season very calm. Would completely recommend only little thing would be that it's quite remote. To go anywhere you have to take the bus and go to Cascais or sintra. Those are easy to visit though and around the lodge there are couple of nice hikes :)

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I really enjoyed my time! 🌞 It's a very calm and relaxed area. The hostel is not to big so you don't get overwhelmed . Mariana was a very and caring host! I could always join the surfing and the yoga when it was possible and I also joined one of the tours. The work is very easy and you have a lot of time to chill.

I felt so welcomed at the guest house, like a home away from home. Mariana, Pedro and Caetano were all great managers, and they made sure the volunteers got the best out of their experience, which is appreciated. Karis also helped immensely in making my time great <3 The job is fairly simple, and there are lots of opportunities to surf with the group. A perfect first world packers experience for me, and I met so many interesting, kind people :) Will be back soon to visit!

I had a great experience at the guest house! Mariana & her brothers were very welcoming and great hosts! You are able to join surf lessons, tours, and yoga classes as much as possible. The work is very simple and in shifts, with lots of free time to do as you please. It is a very social and laid back environment & I had a lovely time there exploring the area & meeting new people!😊

This was my first Worldpackers experience! Mariana was a very welcoming and caring host, and the house had a nice relaxed vibe. The work was easy to get into and I was able to surf a lot! I also did some hiking around the area which is really beautiful!

The work was easy, and the vibes were super chill. You could join the surf and yoga lessons when they have space for you. The owners were super friendly and welcoming, it felt like we were a big family. I was working in the Sintra house, so it was very relaxing, and had a lot of free time. Would say it's a bit more remote than the first house, but if you like being in nature - it's perfect 🏄‍♀️

This was my first worldpackers expierence and I loved it! the big common area is nice to meet the guests and chat with them. I enjoyed the surflessons and the free breakfast haha. Mariana and Caetano are very friendly people! I've only been here for weeks but I felt at home very quick and easly. Malveira da Serra is not that big but it is beautiful. I could work a lot on my laptop during my shifts and in my free time it was easy to get to city's close by like Cascais, Sintra and Lisbon. Thank you the guest house xxxx

Como un segundo hogar, hermosas personas y muy lindo lugar para sentir el entorno, la naturaleza de las montañas, y sin dudas disfrutar de la playa. Las tareas súper prácticas y productivas en su realización , buen equipo en general. Quizás mejoraría la comunicación de tareas y aclarar con eficiencia los turnos y responsabilidades de cada uno. Con ese detalle a mejorar, repito que este es uno de los mejores equipos de anfitriones que me han tocado. Gracias flia la casa!
