Masashi was such a terrific host. The experience was calm and overwhelmingly pleasant. The cleaning work is as discussed and the environment is stunning, both the guest house and the surrounding nature. There is a great onsen near the beach and five museums on the island. Masashi is so generous with occasional meals that are so yummy!! :) the island became my home, would totally come back !!!

Me encantó estar aquí, la isla es increíblemente hermosa y tienes Suficiente tiempo para visitarla y otros islas mas. Hay museos y templos hermosos. Siempre fueron amables conmigo y Masashi cocina increíblemente rico.

Staying at the guesthouse was one of my favorite experiences in Japan! Masashi is very welcoming, kind, amazing at communicating and creating clear expectations, the work is reasonable, and the location is so beautiful! It's also a great opportunity to learn more about Japanese culture, language and food, and meet other locals and travelers! Although this is not a super popular part of Japan, there is still plenty to do on the island and surrounding islands as well as plenty of time to relax and just enjoy the environment. I highly recommend this experience!
