Pachamama House is the safest place for solo travelers! :) I'm so grateful for all the unexpected experiences I had. Sue and Velo (my familia ♡) are incredible people, and I felt at home immediately . I also had so many opportunities to connect with locals and their families. I even spent Christmas with their family, and everyone welcomed me so warmly, even though I don't speak any Spanish. It was truly the best holiday of my life! If you're someone who loves kids and animals, you'll definitely fall in love with this place! スペイン語初心者の日本人でも安心して参加できます😊 I'll definitely come back to visit again:)

I had an amazing experience at the Pachamama house. Sui and Vero welcomed me with love and kindness and made me feel like family from the beginning. This was my first world packers experience and I would recommend this experience to anyone. If you want to connect with local Mexican culture, eat delicious food, volunteer and connect with the community and explore the beauty of Puerta Vallarta, than this is for you! I can't thank Sui and Vero enough for the kindness, wisdom, and love they shared with me ❤️ I hope to return back again soon 🥰

I couldn't have wished for a better first volonteering experience ! Casa Pachamama is such a typical mexican house located in a very local and safe neighborhood that quickly felt like home 😊 Su & Vero are so sweet and inspiring women, deeply committed to helping their community and I'm so grateful for meeting them and being part ot the meaningful projects they lead with the children ☺️ They really cared about me as a member of their family, made me learn so much about their culture and enabled me to live super authentic mexican experiences 🇲🇽 Will miss Vallarta and my new family there ❤️‍🩹

This was better than I could have dreamed of! It was my first time traveling solo and I fell in love with it. I was teaching english at the community center and the kids were so sweet and eager to learn. When I wasn't working with the kids, there were lots of things to do and see. Su and Vero are wonderful and made me feel so welcome and safe. They really take the time to get to know you personally and are such great people to be around. I truly feel like I have family there! The only thing I would've done differently is stay longer. I miss you all already 💝

I would recommend going to the organization House to everyone! Su and Vero are extremely kind, welcoming, caring, and supportive people; they are such wonderful humans. They showed me around Puerto Vallarta and were amazing tour guides. They made a huge effort to help me practice my Spanish which I really appreciated. The kids in the community center are so sweet, I wish I had more time with them. The neighborhood the organization House is located in is very safe and welcoming, staying here provided me a truly immersive experience. Puerto Vallarta itself is beautiful and there is so much to do!!

I don't even know where to start. I'm so grateful I chose Pachamamas house as my first worldpackers trip, they honestly exceeded my expectations! The food cooked for breakfast and lunch was amazing, they are truly beautiful caring souls that made me feel at home, and were very involved in everything and made sure I was always safe. It was so fulfilling working with the children, the kids are really sweet and dedicated and interested in learning English. The pets are the sweetest and cutest, I made friends and made beautiful memories here and I'm so happy to call Su and Vero my new family! <3

Su y Vero son unas personas increíbles y tienen toda mi admiración. Hacen que la experiencia sea muy buena, incluyéndote en sus actividades y haciéndote sentir que eres una más en su gran familia. Siempre ponen tu bienestar encima de cualquier cosa y para ellas es muy importante que los voluntarios se sientan cómodos pero que también salgan - aunque sea un poquito - de su zona de confort. Me encantó mi tiempo con ellas y se lo recomendaría a cualquier persona ! Las quiero !

This was such a great experience! Su and Vero are the kindest people and made me feel at home. I would recommend this trip if it is your first time traveling. They showed me around the city and helped with the language barrier since I do not know much Spanish. I also loved spending time with the animals. Thank you!!
