Your duties will vary based on your knowledge and skills. Medical students will primarily observe healthcare professionals and assist with daily operations. You will have the opportunity to work across various departments, including general medicine, emergency care, dentistry, eye clinics, pediatrics, and maternity services.

Interns play a supportive role in assisting nurses with patient care. The specific responsibilities assigned to interns may differ based on their qualifications and expertise. Additionally, interns have the option to select particular tasks that align with their knowledge and skills. The nature of the tasks is influenced by the specific department in which the intern is placed. Generally, interns engage in shadowing, observation, and basic assistance during their hospital assignments.
