El hostel está ubicado en Paraty Mirim, un poco más alejado de la ciudad pero accesible a ella. Tiene una playa escondida cerca y muchas trilhas para hacer. Está rodeado de naturaleza. Vas a encontrar todo tipo de animales e insectos y también conectar mucho más con la cultura local. Mi estadía fue super pacifica y tranquila. René y Ana son un amor y siempre son super flexibles y están ahi para darte una mano cuando lo necesitas. Fue muy divertido hacer los tours y experiencias únicas de la naturaleza con Ananda también. Lo recomiendo muchisimo y espero poder volver ❤️‍🩹

I had the best time in the hostel. Rene, Monica and Ana were all amazing. The tasks were all manageable and my timetable was very flexible. I really enjoyed being a maintenance volunteer and helping with the painting. This is a great experience to immerse yourself in nature, culture and meet other travellers. Also, Ana made the most amazing homemade breakfast every day which included freshly baked bread, cakes, fruit, eggs and multiple jams and dips. I would definitely recommend this experience and I hope I can be back at the hostel soon.

Foi muito mágica e especial toda minha passagem pelo the hostel. Agradeço aos responsáveis pela recepção, hospitalidade e amizade e a vida pelo grande presente de poder ter tido dias felizes, que estão para sempre no meu coração neste lugar especial. O the hostel é uma casa maravilhosa, realmente um dos lugares mais lindos que já fui. A localização é incrível também, super perto de duas praias lindas e os voluntários tem passeios gratuitos com um pessoal muito legal! Os turnos são tranquilos e os horários são muito bons, dando bastante tempo para aproveitar o lugar. Teve alguns momentos que tive algumas dores de cabeça em relação a algumas pessoas do staff e foi um pouco incômodo, acho que foi o momento em que eu estive la mais do que o espaço em si. Mas fui muito bem tratada principalmente pelos donos, recomendo muito!

The hostel is beautiful, surrounded by nature and I got to meet wonderful co-workers. However, I struggled to fully enjoy my time due to the atmosphere. Communication issues often left me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated as a volunteer. Some benefits had unexpected restrictions that were poorly communicated sometimes with a hardly tolerable attitude. While my English skills were valued for guest assistance outside of my working hours, my limited Portuguese was met with frustration. the hostel has great potential and I hope the owners will invest in openness for feedback and care for employees.

Deixei a experiência um pouco mais cedo que o previsto por questões pessoais, mas o tempo vivido no the hostel foi legal (: A estrutura é simples e aconchegante, localização meio afastada do comércio porém bem pertinho de praias e trilhas! São super flexíveis com as tarefas e o café da manhã é delicioso.. Uma dica a melhorar seria definir horários para cozinha somente aos voluntários, pois os hóspedes nem sempre são amigáveis e fiquei sem usar o espaço várias vezes por tomarem conta de tudo e não se apressar.

My experience was good, i was told i arrived after some big changes and things were develloping during my stay, the place is in the middle of the forest so you will experience it and it will experience you both in good and bad, the people there are welcoming and open to dialogue, the activities were pretty straight forward and not demanding, cleaning floors, bathrooms and making beds for the guests, you have a lot of advangaes like going on some hikes for free. In the end i think this is a good place if you are ready to give up some comfort of the city for an authentic house in the trees

Estar unas semanitas en el hostel fue lindo! Un lugar para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Ambiente y trabajo tranquilo! El desayuno es lo más!!!
