The hostel matches its description: they expect proper work but are flexible and very kind, and if you fit their vibe you'll live a great stay. The managers differ a lot, it depends on your personality for you to match. Location is central and well connected. Good volunteering environment, though the apartment looks a little old. Subjectivelly speaking I was looking for more interaction, but didn't quite find was I was looking for, that's a subjective perception tough. I had some uncomfortable moments with L, but maybe he acted like this only with me. Still, it was a really useful experience.

Mi experiencia con Wendy la anfitrión principal fue muy buena, y mi experiencia fue interrumpida por una enfermedad pero fuera de Wendy el resto de anfitriones durante esta situación no se mostraron compasivos ni preocupantes por mi, más bien se mostraron muy fríos y distantes nada compasivos, y cuando ya salía del sitio pensaban que todo me estaba robando cosas, la actitud de la tía de Wendy es muy mala hacia el resto de personas te hace considerar si mantenerte ahí.

Si tienes un trabajo online, este voluntariado está bien. Para mí, no es un hostel con buen ambiente. Muchos de los huéspedes están allí para trabajar, así que no quieren hacer nada. El trabajo es fácil y no es mucho, pero no tuve la sensación de estar en un hostel.

Wendy y su madre son personas amabilísimas y siempre tendrán una recomendación para darte con una sonrisa! El trabajo en si es sencillo y lleva pocas horas, con lo que tienes tiempo de sobra para conocer la ciudad y la localización no puede ser mejor! El hostel esta un poco viejo pero hay salas donde los voluntarios pueden sentirse en casa! Los demás voluntarios fueron geniales también pero no es un hostel muy social o que promueva planes o eventos. Perfectísimo para recorrer la ciudad por tu cuenta!

The hostel is quintessentially Argentinian in the best way. If you hope for your volunteering experience to provide you the opportunity to better know the local culture and people, look no further. The staff and volunteers are wonderful people who truly make this experience what it is. The tasks are simple and so long as you read (como el verbo leer) the document Belen sends you at the start of your volunteering, you will be more than ready. Thank you so much to Belen and Wendy for fostering such a beautiful environment, te agradezco bastante.

Volunteering at the hostel is, in my opinion, one of the best ways possible to spend time in Buenos Aires. Located in the heart of the city, the hostel is truly a home away from home. The work is easy and well explained before your first shift (shoutout to Belén here, who manages the volunteers), the hours are less than advertised (so you will have a lot of free time to explore!), and the team are some of the friendliest people I've met (Leandro, the afternoon receptionist, is an incredible person to have a chat with about Argentina, life, or anything really). Thank you for a great few weeks

I had an incredible stay at the hostel! This opportunity offers a great location, relaxed work, and clear communication. But my favorite part of the stay were the people. Thank you so much to Leandro, Belén, and Wendy! You guys are wonderful. And all of the volunteers and guests.

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue increible. Desde el primer momento me sentí como en casa. Me sirvió para conocer tanto gente local como gente de otros lugares del mundo. Los turnos siempre se respetaron y el staff siempre está a ahí para cualquier duda. Estuve tan agusto que me quedé algún día mas. Volvería a repetir esta experiencia sin dudarlo!

Ubicación perfecta para conocer Buenos Aires, 🇦🇷 el Hostel está cerca de todo, conocí muchos viajeros con los que compartí sobre todo con el team de voluntarios. Gracias por todo 😁
