This is probably the quietest place I've been, which is great for those who want to enjoy the city and rest in a comfy bed after a fun night or a long day walking. The location is great. The shifts are also really flexible so you'll have A LOT of time to visit Buenos Aires. Right now the owners are putting a lot of effort into bringing this place back up to its glorious days, so, it needs a lot of love and positive energy. If you're thinking about volunteering here, remember to always bring your best attitude and help as much as you can. Life will always reward you!

The hostel matches its description: they expect proper work but are flexible and very kind, and if you fit their vibe you'll live a great stay. The managers differ a lot, it depends on your personality for you to match. Location is central and well connected. Good volunteering environment, though the apartment looks a little old. Subjectivelly speaking I was looking for more interaction, but didn't quite find was I was looking for, that's a subjective perception tough. I had some uncomfortable moments with L, but maybe he acted like this only with me. Still, it was a really useful experience.

Simplesmente a melhor escolha para meu primeiro voluntariado! o hostel me proporcionou uma experiência incrível, tem um clima incrível, perfeito para fazer amigos, praticar espanhol e viver Buenos Aires. A localização é ótima e todos são muito divertidos, acolhedores, compreensivos e parceiros. Belen cuida muy bien de tus patitos! A localização é simplesmente perfeita, no coração de Buenos Aires, o que facilitou muito para conhecer os principais pontos da cidade. Sem dúvidas, uma experiência que vou levar para sempre comigo :)

Lugar muito bem localizado, perto do centro de BA. O trabalho é tranquilo e as horas são bastante flexíveis. Recomendo ficar um pouco no living, que ocasionalmente você vai conhecer pessoas locais e fazer boas amizades. Queria elogiar especialmente o Leandro, que está sempre fazendo o máximo pra incluir os voluntários. É bom dizer também que estive na cidade no verão, fazia muito calor e o quarto dos voluntários é bem quente, pois o ventilador praticamente não funciona, portanto fica a sugestão. Concluindo, se vc quer conhecer BA, é uma boa opção, pois tem pouco trabalho e é bem localizado

The hostel is quintessentially Argentinian in the best way. If you hope for your volunteering experience to provide you the opportunity to better know the local culture and people, look no further. The staff and volunteers are wonderful people who truly make this experience what it is. The tasks are simple and so long as you read (como el verbo leer) the document Belen sends you at the start of your volunteering, you will be more than ready. Thank you so much to Belen and Wendy for fostering such a beautiful environment, te agradezco bastante.

O the hostel foi uma das minhas melhores escolhas. Me conectei muito com os voluntários e com todos que trabalham no hostel! Há hóspedes de todas as partes do mundo, então você acaba fazendo bastante amizade e praticando idiomas. Pude praticar inglês, espanhol, francês. As tarefas são bem simples, mas que exigem bastante atenção e responsabilidade. Quando a Belen pedir para ler o instrutivo, LEIAM TUDO! Haha Agradeço toda a equipe do the hostel, em especial a Belén, Isabel e Leandro, que foram as pessoas com que tive mais contato. Estou indo embora, mas com vontade de ficar mais tempo.

Volunteering at the hostel is, in my opinion, one of the best ways possible to spend time in Buenos Aires. Located in the heart of the city, the hostel is truly a home away from home. The work is easy and well explained before your first shift (shoutout to Belén here, who manages the volunteers), the hours are less than advertised (so you will have a lot of free time to explore!), and the team are some of the friendliest people I've met (Leandro, the afternoon receptionist, is an incredible person to have a chat with about Argentina, life, or anything really). Thank you for a great few weeks

I had an incredible stay at the hostel! This opportunity offers a great location, relaxed work, and clear communication. But my favorite part of the stay were the people. Thank you so much to Leandro, Belén, and Wendy! You guys are wonderful. And all of the volunteers and guests.
