I had an amazing time the school thanks to the school. The work was pretty easy, mainly just talking to students and getting them to talk to each other. After a while, a lot of the students became my friends, and we would even get together outside of school. Also you get to pick the brains of your students for all the best places to visit the school. I highly recommend — thanks again to everyone for a great time. Feel free to message me with any questions :)

Olcay and his team are fantastic people that you can make memorable connections with. The volunteering is very generous and has ideal work hours and conditions! The students are also amazing, it's a great place to practice teaching and meet people. I would be easily tempted to find an excuse to return.

I had a truly wonderful time at the school. The teaching was fun and interactive, with hours later in the day providing plenty of time to explore the beautiful city of the school. Everyone at the school is super nice and friendly, and it is an unmatched opportunity to meet locals and get to know the local culture. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have an authentic experience the school, get to know the city, its culture, try some delicious food, get valuable teaching experience, and above all, make incredible friends from the school and all over the world.

The school is an incredible experience! The work is meaningful and engaging, the students and staff are fantastic, the apartment and school are conveniently located and you have plenty of time to explore the school with how the schedule works. As my first volunteer teaching experience I think it was a huge success, and you can learn a lot about Turkish culture, food and history by engaging so much with the students. I will definitely be coming back in the future, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a meaningful volunteer experience!

I love teaching & that's why I chose the school for my first volunteer program. I planned to stay 5 weeks but extended to 10! The apartment is spacious, well-located & easy to feel at home in. The students are welcoming & will happily teach you Turkish if want. Classes run Tuesday to Friday evening. Saturdays are longer but you can also have fun during the activities. As a teacher, the focus on speaking enriched my way of teaching. Thank you Olcay, Delara, Alessia, Espe and Tuğba! I'm grateful for this opportunity and would recommend it to others who love teaching and cultural exchange.

Working at the school has been an amazing experience. The host Olcay, all the volunteers, the house, the school, the students were all truly amazing. It feels like I built a family and great community here. Was planning to be here for one month and extended it for another month because I enjoyed my time here so much. 100/10 recommend

Extending my stay the school was a blast thanks to this amazing opportunity in the school. I loved my time there and it was just a great experience to immerse in the local culture and help Turkish nationals to grow confident about their English skills, while the exhanging of learning a good amount of Turkish was granted. Nice stay, nice location and such a vibrant city.

The accommodation was a spacious and beautiful apartment, with 3 rooms and an enjoyable atmosphere. I loved the school, it was a friendly and fun place where students were committed to making connections and, perfect for cultural exchange. Working hours were divided between the week and the weekends, the proportion changed from week to week. As a volunteer and teacher, I received some guidelines on the class material and also had autonomy. Also as some who believe in the power of language learning, it was rewarding to overcome the language barrier.
