Volunteering at Veronique and Tom was a wonderful experience. I connected with nature, animals and experienced the local culture. I recommend going if you want to learn about farming, animals and a healthy lifestyle. As a vegetarian, I really had what to eat. Truly recommend!!! Nice people and enchanted place🥹

• Perfect for 1° time volunteers • Tom is grumpy in the morning • Veronique is just lovely • ASK if u didnt understand something • TALK, both of them are always open to do it, dont be scared, they are comprehensive & amazingly weird, dont disappear randomly (like me) • The bus exist, but not in weekends or august [4'30€] • There is no problem being vegan or dont/cant eat certain foods • Its ok to make mistakes, learn from them • Literally everyday u learn something new • Pls, water my grass --- I cant believe the amount of patience they (specially Tom) had for us, I hope the best for them<3

As a first WP experience I feel glad to have had Tom & Veronique as hosts, they are fun to be around, both of them are very honest, flexible, empathetic, and very understanding. Tom cooks very tasty simple dishes and made sure all of us were well fed even if any of us had different dietary needs. There is a lot of work to do in the farm, please keep helping it grow for the better, flexibility, comunication and adaptabillity are key in the farm. • The room for volunteers is 10/10 • ✨please talk✨ & don't take anything personal in morning • Careful with the dogs (playful & strong)

Good experience overall. Tom was a very fair and welcoming host. It was a very nice farm with many types of animals including chickens, ducks, quail, guinea pigs and rabbits. Overall I'd recommend this experience to anyone who doesn't mind doing a bit of farm work and other small jobs such as painting, building enclosures etc.

This experience is very unique and as described. It's a farm so you will do farm work. However, Veronique and Tom are super understanding and will make you feel like one of their own. It was an unforgettable experience working around the farm with all of their animals. Definitely recommend if you're looking for that kind of experience 🤍!

Staying with Tom and Veronique was such a great experience!! They where both flexible with working and the tasks. I got to learn a lot about construction and working with animals. The accomodation was amazing as well and even tho they followed a different diet, food was no problem :) I really enjoyed my time with the 2 of them and we had very nice talks and little trips😁 I loved my time here & I'm Definitely gonna be back and if you want to connect to nature and work with animals and building this is the perfect place for you!!

Staying at the farm was a great experience! Tom and Veronique are lovely people that really care about your wellbeing. I learned a lot from them and I really enjoyed working with the animals and spending a lot of time in nature. They also showed me around the area a little bit and introduced me to locals, which was very nice. Veronique is a little perfectionistic sometimes, don't take it personally if she asks you to redo something. 😂 Just keep in mind that there aren't a lot of young people around except who's staying at the farm.

It's been a little bit confusing and stressful in the beginning, just because there was a lot to learn and many things to keep in mind. once I got used, everything went better and easier. It's quite a job, but very honest and entertaining. just keep in mind to keep a good communication, otherwise things won't never work. it's been a pleasure to learn in this volunteer.

If you want to work and collaborate IS your voluntering. Sometimes, hosts can be hard on you, especially if you don't do the job exactly as they say, don't take it personally. Is important to know that there are always things to do, they have a lot of animals, proyects, issues. That you communicate with them EVERYTHING is important, because there were times when things were misunderstood. I missed more good treatment. In general, if you want to really wake up, is a good place to learn.
