I myself had a lovely experience at the farm and I enjoyed most of it. I felt very welcomed and the hosts are very flexible. However the only downside was that the girl I was there with was sick and so the whole situation between the hosts and her got a bit complicated. I would recommend this experience but it would be good to know beforehand that the room you will be sleeping is more or less as cold as outside, so if this doesn't align with you then I would recommend you to reconsider. It's a great way to connect with nature, learn about culture and it's also very educational.

I had an amazing time at the farm! The work I did was very diverse from taking care of the animals over creating artwork to building cages I loved every part of it. I felt welcomed from my arrival and enjoyed the often long discussions with Veronique, I felt like she was really interested to get to know me as a person and it feels like family. I felt like my work was appreciated and we spent a lot of time together, I was taken on multiple trips and got to meet many people. They were really accommodating, respectful and interested. All in all a great experience and a trip I will rem

We had a great time on the farm learning about the care and maintenance of animals and farm. Good balance of work and time off to explore the hiking trails and see the village. Tom made delicious and creative meals every night and Veronique and Tom were generous with driving us to different towns to sight see or be dropped off at the bus station!

A beautiful farm, the work was fun, and the living space was very comfortable. Veronique can be difficult to work with, instructions were often unclear and communication could be significantly improved.

Communication is a 2-way street. When sth is unclear to you, there is a solution: ask. Don’t just sit back, wait and just mention it here. We regret you didn't like it here (3*) & that these are the only things you shared. Not our flexibility to take you in last minute when another host let you down, not that we accepted that you then arrived 5 days late, with an extra 3rd friend. Not the extra breakfast & snacks we gave (not in the offer), all the things we taught you, the driving around, etc.

I only spent three days in the farm but it was a great experience! Veronique Tom & their son William are very welcoming and will do everything to put you at ease! Working with animals is not complicated at all and the place is beautiful! Thank you for everything!

It was our first worldpackers experience. It is not that much about social media, but if you are into agriculture experience it is OK. We mainly did what the farm needed ( cleaning, taking out the roots, carry some things, making tiles inlined). Tom in nice, Veronica is difficult ( she wants things to be ectaxly her way and she does not have a way of telling it nice). Food is good, Tom cooks very nice and will hear your preference. Room needs a humidifier and something for the heat. In general a very fun experience we had a good time.if you like nature and agriculture work it is nice.

Volunteering at Veronique and Tom was a wonderful experience. I connected with nature, animals and experienced the local culture. I recommend going if you want to learn about farming, animals and a healthy lifestyle. As a vegetarian, I really had what to eat. Truly recommend!!! Nice people and enchanted place🥹

• Perfect for 1° time volunteers • Tom is grumpy in the morning • Veronique is just lovely • ASK if u didnt understand something • TALK, both of them are always open to do it, dont be scared, they are comprehensive & amazingly weird, dont disappear randomly (like me) • The bus exist, but not in weekends or august [4'30€] • There is no problem being vegan or dont/cant eat certain foods • Its ok to make mistakes, learn from them • Literally everyday u learn something new • Pls, water my grass --- I cant believe the amount of patience they (specially Tom) had for us, I hope the best for them<3
