Me encantó estar acá, conocí a gente increíble, son todos muy amorosos y alegres en la casa y en el hostal. El ambiente es bueno y siempre puedes conocer gente interesante en las horas de voluntariado.

My experience in the hostel was veery good😁 The work itself is not difficult; it's mainly doing beds, throw away the garbage, clean the bathrooms and floors, so it's very manageable :) The number of beds varies from day to day, but if there are too many, you'll always be given an helping hand by your colleagues🌟, which are the best part of the job; all of them are so kind and sweet so we got along very well🥹 Another good thing about the job is that you have the chance to meet many foreigners, which is always a fun thing to do :)

I had the best time in Barcelona working at the hostel with the amazing team: Fernando, Anya, Caro and all the people I worked with. The hostel is very nice and located in a great area and the shifts are light and flexible so you can have free time to experience the city!

La experiencia estuvo buena, se respeta lo acordado y las horas, te da mucho tiempo a conocer barcelona. La casa donde vivi esta muy bien, quizás la única cosa negativa es el hecho de compartir una pieza pequeña con otro voluntario y no hay lugar para dejar tus cosas, mas allá de eso todo el resto perfecto.

Para ser mi primer voluntariado, superó mis expectativas! Excelente grupo de trabajo, Fer, Caro, Anja, son grandes personas, súper respetuosas. Extrañaré tanto el dpto como el Hostel, dónde fui bien recibida desde el día uno. Demás está decir que Casa Barceló es un hermoso lugar para alojarse. Gracias por todo y espero volver a verlos pronto :) Besos y Abrazos.

Ludzie, z którymi miałem okazję współpracować, byli bardzo mili i pomocni. Pracowałem tylko tyle na ile się początkowo umówiłem z gospodarzem. Miałem wygodne łóżko w dwuosobowym pokoju. Mogłem zrobił sobie pranie mając dostęp do pralki i wszystkich potrzebnych detergentów. Miałem dostęp do wspólnej kuchni i łazienki. Nie doświadczyłem żadnych konfliktów ze współlokatorami i współpracownikami w hostelu.

Es un buen lugar para hacer tu voluntariado, no son muchas horas de trabajo y la verdad que se re portan con uno, la mayor parte del tiempo te tienen la re paciencia cuando recién andás empezando a agarrarle la mano a las tareas que tenés que hacer, es un poco agotador al principio pero te vas acostumbrado y hay veces que puedes terminar antes el trabajo porque no todos los días la carga de trabajo es la misma, recomiendo pasar por acá. Si es que un día vuelvo a Barcelona y me dan la oportunidad de volver a hacer un voluntariado nuevamente acá lo haría.

My experience at the hostel was fantastic! The work was easy , cleaning the kitchen, living room, outside terraces, making beds, mopping and sweeping, taking out rubbish. I never worked more than the 4 hours per day! On average making about 12-15 beds per day on a busy day up to 20-25. But I always felt supported and respected by the team. Special thanks to Anya and Fernando for being amazing people to work with, I always felt supported! Anya is a beautiful soul and she made my time here extra special! The living facilities were good but the apartment was a bit dark!
