The work on this experience is very easy, and they are very relaxed here. The dorm we stay in is really nice and the staff meals were lovely as I felt I learnt a lot about the staff during these times. My only issue with the placement was the hours & work expected of me wasn't communicated to me and I only knew what to do as there was another volunteer who told me everything I needed to know on my first day. I think the programme needs a little more work but overall it was good, considering how newly opened the hotel was.
