I had an amazing experience at the eco village. Pinan Jim is a great host and makes sure you feel good all the time. If there is something you are not OK with, just tell him as he always listens to you. If you are open-minded you get the chance to learn about the Lanna culture and Pinan Jim teaches you everything you want to know. Additionally, the meals we cooked were incredibly delicious. :)) Little advice: Try to stay longer than the minimum stay. There is so much to learn and discover so it is totally worth it.

This was truly a meaningful experience. I would be the eco village to go back because I still have so so much more to learn. Pinan is serious about teaching so I highly recommend to stay for a longer time to really understand deeply. Only my two weeks has changed my way of thinking and I will bring back some useful tools to deal with life in Norway. Pinan has a big heart, a special mind and he cares deeply about teaching. We cooked together and I ate some really delicious food. Even the bike rides through nature felt the eco village!

The eco village is a place where you can truly heal. Pinan Jim and Pinan Tea are becaons of light who will never run out of things to teach you. Even though I was only here for one week, this has definitely been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life and has shifted my perspective in ways I could have never imagined. No matter who you are, there will be something for you to learn from the eco village :))

If even a small part of yourself is urging you to take this adventure, please trust yourself, and go for it! the eco village is everything it says it is and more. With that said, I don't want to say anything more to spoil it for you, other than I am feeling 11/10 even after I have gone :D

I really enjoyed my stay at the eco village, I planned to stay a week but ended up staying longer. I learned a lot about sustainable farming, Lan Na traditions, cooking and music. It's also a good place to get in touch with eastern philosophy and Buddhist teachings. If you are open and eager to learn and show some initiative you can learn a lot and have a great time with Pinan Jim and Pinan Tea.

The eco village is a place where u can heal from everything! Pinan Jim and Pinan Tea are really welcomming and have a lot of wisdom to share with you about different areas such as buddhism, meditation techiques, lanna style, permaculture, thai food and much more! i had some interest in chi energy and it concept and Pinan has some experience with it, so he could taught me the basics in the short time i was there, was amazing. U have a small village near where u can have acess to most of the basic stuff u need and try some lanna style food! thank you teacher Pinan Jim, im really gratefull!😊

It is truly a "mind-blowing" experience. the eco village Farm is definitely more than a farm and any amount of time spent here can only help the guests, in any way they need. From the wonderful, home-cooked food, to the beautiful nature surrounding you, it's a magical place. Pinan is simply the cherry on top of the cake, that made my stay there unforgettable. It's great if you want to just stay there and relax for a few days, but for people who are looking to learn more about buddhism and spirituality, it is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn right from the source!

Pinan is a very nice person, he enjoyed cooking for us every meal and told us many stories about other volunteers and how long he's been living there and hosting volunteers. We were planning to stay for one week but unfortunately after three days we decided to leave. Since we arrived we did nothing except helping cutting some vegetables for Pinan to cook. The experience was nice but we were feeling very useless. That was not what we were expecting. Moreover the farm is far away from the "village", so there is nothing to do around. A bus only comes once a day, so no option for a daily trip.
