It was a fun experience, the place was huge but well organized, I met great people from different countries, making good friends and I learned a bit of german vocabulary. A variety of different tasks to do everyday and a good balance between work and free time. Also it's great location as point of start to visit Berlin. All my best to the team

I stayed for 1 month as a volunteer and it was a good experience where I learned a lot. The schedule is really good and allowed me to have enough time to combine with other activities. The hostel is in the center of the city and has amazing facilities, we could use the staff kitchen, laundry and we got breakfast and dinner for free. I helped in the kitchen and most of the staff and managers were really kind and welcoming. The only thing that I can mention is that in the kitchen, work is very fast paced and the workload felt a little bit overwhelming considering that I was just a volunteer

I spent a month as a volunteer at the hostel, it was a wonderful experience that I will always remember with a smile:) During my stay at the hostel, I helped in the housekeeping department doing small tasks every day, guided by the wonderful Anna and Eva. All the housekeeping staff were kind and welcoming to me. Sara is a very responsible and flexible person, in fact she very often tried to give me and my friend the same days off to give us the opportunity to visit Berlin together. I always used the kitchen to prepare my dishes, even though almoust every day was dinner time!

My experience at the hostel was enriching. The strict schedules helped me work on my strengths and weaknesses while learning in Housekeeping, Customer Service, and the Bar. I'm grateful for Elton's support, Sarah's patience and encouragement, Ewa and Anna's humor and dedication that made my days in housekeeping, and Diana's warmth and joy whenever we were together. I loved the cultural diversity and the chance to learn new languages with the team. Everyone I met left a positive mark on my journey. Thank you for making this time unique and memorable!

My first worldpacker experience could not be better. Tasks are easy and schedule is always good for you if you want to visit the city. Definitely I would recommend 100%. Sara is such a nice girl and she is always flexible with you.

I had a wonderful experience volunteering at the hostel! Working in the Haustechnik team gave me the chance to improve my technical and problem-solving skills through tasks such as repairing USB ports, replacing lights, and assembling furniture or fixing small appliances. I'm especially grateful to Sara and Alex for their guidance and support. They made me feel welcome and part of the team from day one. If you're looking for a chance to develop practical skills and work with a fantastic staff in the heart of Berlin, I highly recommend this opportunity!

This experience was truly enriching. On one hand , it gave me the chance to meet people from all over the world, explore new cultures, and speak different languages. I learned so much not only from my colleagues but also from the life stories I had the privilege of hearing. It was amazing to see how,despite coming from completely different backgrounds, we could unite for a common goal. On the other hand, there were times when the workload became overwhelming. Sometimes, the demands were so urgent that they created pressure, especially considering I was a volunteer. Aside fromthat it was great

I had my first volunteering experience with the hostel team, and I'm so grateful for it! The team was incredibly friendly, the hostel's vibrant atmosphere made everything even more enjoyable. This experience pushed me out of my comfort zone through constant interaction with people from different countries in a calm and welcoming environment. Volunteer tasks were fun and simple, though occasionally included cleaning. The only downside was that dinner wasn't provided daily, but it was manageable and worth it overall! Hope to come back in this place again soon ♥️

I had a very good learning experience working here. I was able to work on different shifts like the bar, costumer service, breakfast welcomer, this allowed me to interact with different cultures and use different languages which something I appreciate. And I also got to learn a bit about how such a big business like the hostel works which was really interesting for me. I felt respected and got to make friends with the staff. Great experience

I loved my time at the hostel! I was there for a bit over a month and loved the atmosphere. It's quite a big hostel so you're always meeting new people and doing different tasks. The tasks are pretty easy too and the hours are manageable. I will really miss the other volunteers and staff that I met while I was there as everyone was so amazing and I will always cherish my time at the hostel!
