Parirwana é um hostel incrível cheio de pessoas legais com uma energia que eu gostei muito. Fui muito bem recebido por todos, fiz amizades e conheci pessoas de todo o mundo. O hostel fica bem localizado e o trabalho é tranquilo, as festas são bem animadas. Aprendi muitas coisas durante minha estadia, só tenho a agradecer.

I had a great volunteering experience at this hostel. The staff was welcoming, the vibe was very social, and the location in Miraflores near Kennedy Park felt safe at all hours. The facilities were clean and the room was comfortable. As a vegan, I really appreciated that they adapted the meals for me. I volunteered in the marketing area, filming activities and editing videos for social media. Everything was planned with Rocío, who is in charge of marketing, and the schedule was always fair and flexible. It was a great learning experience and definitely the best of my four volunteerings.

My time at the hostel was wonderful! I felt very comfortable right from the start. The countless hostel activities make it very easy to meet a lot of people. I also really enjoyed working at the bar, even though it was a bit exhausting at times. Thank you very much, Dominique and Alan, for your patience with me and my Spanish and for showing me how to mix the Pisco Sour (and so many other cocktails). In my free time, I got to know the hostel with its beautiful neighbourhoods, relaxed beach promenade and great cuisine, and I tried some surfing. I would recommend volunteering in the hostel to anyone ❤️

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue muy buena. El equipo tiene mucha buena onda y trabajar en la cocina fue una experiencia linda y dinámica, demás que me tiraron tips de la comida local (mension especial a la gastronomía de Perú, QUE ES INCREÍBLE 🤩 y está cocina no se queda atrás) El hostel carga con mucha energía, ideal para quienes disfrutan del ambiente social, las fiestas y conocer gente de todas partes. Gracias por la oportunidad y por el buen clima que se genera día a día 🌞✨

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue increíble. Desde el inicio me sentí bienvenida por todo el equipo. Rocío fue muy clara y abierta con las tareas, y Moisés siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. El ambiente es alegre, colaborativo y lleno de buena energía. Conocí gente de todo el mundo, mejoré mi español y trabajé con lo que amo: crear contenido. Me sentí parte del equipo. Recomiendo mucho esta experiencia.

The team at the hostel were great. I worked on the bar at breakfast from 9am-1pm each day with 1 day off per week which worked really well for me. Working with Adrian was great because he was so helpful and friendly, he made it fun and taught me what I needed to do with patience. I would highly recommend volunteering at the hostel because it's a well organised hostel with activities on each day, it's clean and a great place to stay!

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue realmente grata, lo recomiendo al 100%. Desde el primer momento Lucy en recepción fue muy amable y Alexia me hizo sentir bienvenida. En cocina las horas pasaban rápido gracias al buen ambiente con los 3 chefs; Diego, jefe de cocina, me explicó todo al iniciar y siempre me apoyó con buenos consejos. Me encantó que TODO el staff de todas las áreas son buena onda y transmite buena vibra. El hostel es céntrico, el lugar muy seguro con instalaciones limpias. La comida es deliciosa. Hay actividades diarias a las que puedes unirte en tu tiempo libre.

I loved volunteering at the hostel! All of the staff was super friendly and welcoming, and their volunteer program is very well done and organized. It's a great place to meet other travelers and form connections with other volunteers as well. Highly recommend!

Me despido del hostel con el corazón encogido. Voy a extrañar el tiempo aquí. Todo el equipo del hostel es divertido! Alexia siempre ayuda con todo. Yo trabajaba principalmente con Alan y Dominique. Ellos son personas increíbles con buen sentido de humor y mucha paciencia. Desde el primer momento me sentí cómodo y bienvenido. También aprendí muchas cosas en mi voluntariado por ejemplo como preparar varias tragos, las detalles para que sean perfectos y como organizar y mantener el bar perfecto. Los otros voluntarios ahora son amigos. Las habitaciones son bien cómodas y la comida es rica!
