Mi experiencia en Bejia la ecovilafue muy linda. Gente de la comunidad son personas jóvenes, con familias y sueños para cumplir. Es un lugar de naturaleza, aunque no es recomendable para todos. Está ubicado bastante lejos de la ciudad, 25-30min de la playa más cercana. La zona de voluntarios es muy bonita y tranquila, pero es bastante claustrofóbica si vienes para muchos días. Estoy muy contenta con todas actividades, trabajo y contacto con la gente. Hay que comunicar a los voluntariados de que todos cocinan para todos. Ósea el anfitrión compra la comida y todos la usan.

My experience at Beja thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villagehas been amazing, this is my first time out of the US and I have felt very welcomed safe intune with nature and very comfortable in my time here. The work hours are very reasonable and we have weekends off to explore montezuma go to the river do art relax or even da day trip somewhere. The town and beach is a pretty long walk down a very steep hill but usually I was able to either find a ride or hitch hike there is a river and waterfall on the property tht are beautiful. They provide food and the volunteers are in charge of cooking.

I absolutely loved the experience we had with my friend. We stayed there for two weeks and met so incredibly cool people. Thethe ecothe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villagethat lives there treated us like their family. The people were very open, kind, knew how to have fun but at the same time stayed on track with their goals and visions. I really liked that Carlos was very welcoming, funny, and our communication was great. From the very beginning he shared his take on what volunteering should be - that it is about giving but it should come from the inside.That really allowed us to leave our own imprint on thethe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village village. Thank you!

I would wholeheartedly recommend volunteers to go tothe ecothe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village village. This is a very cute project with a lot of potential and most importantly filled with beautiful people. It was pleasent to help them build a place for thethe ecothe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village village. I even wanted to work in my free time but the region there is also astonishing with a lot of things to experience. In general, I am thankful that they were part of my journey.

Wow what an incredible experience! thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villagehas built athe ecothe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villageI would love to be apart of and will take home to my family and friends. Thethe ecothe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villagedinner on Friday was definitely my favorite part. Some things to keep in mind is everything here runs on Pura vida time/Carlos time. So in my case I didn't get to do any of the activities like yoga, capoeira, or Kung fu for the 7 days I was there. Another thing to keep in mind is that food is purchased but not prepared for you. In my case it wasn't an issue because all the volunteers that were there pitched in and we made food together.

I had a great experience atthe ecothe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village village. We, the volunteers spent a lot of time in nature there and we also got the opportunity to take free yoga and Capoeira classes. We always worked in the morning and had the afternoon off to either take part in planned activities like jungle hikes or surfing lessons or do things on our own. Everybody in thethe ecothe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villagewas super nice and welcoming. They are also open to new ideas and volunteers can suggest their own projects. Some other volunteers and I for example asked if we could paint the kitchen, so that became our task for the last days.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time there with the other volunteers, staff andthe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villagemembers, making the experience very rewarding. It was a great balance of work, play and activities laid on by Carlos and thethe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villagemembers. The Friday nightthe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villagesocal gathering was lovely to be part of. I will look back fondly at my time there and know that thethe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villagewill grow from strength to strength, hopefully expanding to activities that affect the localthe ecothe ecothethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village thethethe the the eco village village villagevillagevillage village villagetoo.

Es mi primer voluntariado y fue una experiencia inolvidable, las personas allá son hermosas y te hacen sentir súper bienvenido. Conocí gente increíble. Las actividades como voluntarios son divertidas y te invitan a conocer toda la zona de los alrededores que es hermoso. Los trabajos son realmente fáciles de desarrollar, y son muy flexibles con propuestas de proyectos. Las instalaciones aún están muy en inicio pero son buenas. Me encantó la experiencia.

These 2 weeks were an amazing experience. With the different activities and work projects, I was constantly in touch with nature one way or the other. The people here are what I love the most about this place, everyone genuinely cares and welcome you like one of their own. This experience really gave me the opportunity to thrive as a person and in many more ways.
