The place is beautiful, with a lot of animals, good people and amazing rooms where you have every comfort you need. The "scaring thing" is when you realize that it's completely in the middle of nowhere, which means that you can't go out without someone driving you to the nearest bus station. But the host is very available to help you and he lets you living real locals experiences, in locals places that in another way you couldn't discover. Then, I have been so lucky to share everything with two wonderful volunteers. So, like everything, it needed time, but at the end it was worth it!

Mi experiencia en el alojamiento fue fantástica y enriquecedor en muchísimos aspectos. Mi estancia aquí me permitió mejorar mi inglés, conocer a personas de distintas partes del mundo, pueblos cercanos, tener mayor contacto y consciencia con la naturaleza, desarrollar habilidades y mejorar en otras como la comunicación y el trabajo en equipo. Toda la gente del alojamiento es maravillosa! puedo decir que se volvieron una familia para mi, siempre muy amables y me ayudaban en todo lo que estuviera en sus manos. Considero que crecí mucho como persona y por ello lo recomendaría 1000%

Se convirtió en un hogar para mi, un ambiente increíble, todos dispuestos a apoyarte, un increíble lugar que me hizo olvidarme de la tecnología y me hizo encontrarme conmigo misma, gracias el alojamiento! 💖

I'm glad that I chose this as my first time volunteering experience through Worldpackers because it was such a experience. My favorite thing about the place is the people. Even though most of them don't speak English and I barely speak any Spanish, they are still very kind to me. I also enjoyed being with the cute little kids, they're adorable! I also appreciate the time being away from the city. Overall, I'm grateful for the experience and I highly recommend it.

The people here were definitely the best part of the experience. I appreciate how they all took their time to help me learn Spanish and I learnt a lot! The monitors felt like friends from day one. Thanks to Alvaro for always helping me arrange the logistics of travel on my days off. I got to see Seville, Cadiz, Malaga and Jerez! Keep in mind that it's a bit in the middle of nowhere and you will only really be able to venture out on your days off. I also really appreciate how the chefs would adapt my meals and always had veggie options. I got to experience a lot of Andalusian culture here!

My experience at the lodge was superb and extremely enriching on a human level. I applied for the social media position, but as Alvaro had told me, in the end I only worked as a monitor (which suited me perfectly). I really improved my Spanish thanks to the whole team of monitors and volunteers who became like a family :) The only negative point was the food, as I'm used to eating a balanced diet and the cuisine didn't really suit me. However I highly recommend this experience :)

Hermosa experiencia rodeada de pura naturaleza y un equipo humano maravilloso. Las tareas son sencillas, podes administrar tu tiempo. Me sirvió para desconectarme y bajar el ritmo de las grandes ciudades. El host atento a las necesidades de los voluntarios y siempre bien predispuesto. Gracias por la oportunidad de ser parte del alojamiento 💚

Solo me quedé 2 semanas en el alojamiento pero aprendí tanto. El equipo es estupendo, muy acogedor. El trabajo me ha encantado al 100%. El lugar es magnífico y los animales y la naturaleza me tranquilizaron mucho. Volvería sin duda.

Fue mi primer voluntariado y mi tarea fue el mantenimiento general del lugar y pasar tiempo con los animales, fue una super experiencia! alvaro siempre está pendiente de que no te falte de nada, y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en cualquier situación para que tengas una buena experiencia en la hacienda. camacho y rafel son dos compañeros fantásticos que saben comportarse cuando las tareas se hacen más pesadas de lo esperado, y seguro que con ellos dos tu día será agradable las viviendas tienen todas las comodidades y la cocina es perfecta, hazlo

La hacienda es hermosa y de verdad transmite una paz increíble estar en la naturaleza. Todo el equipo de trabajo es super atento y buena onda, se trabaja claro está pero se respetan los horarios y son muy flexibles siempre y cuando aportes algo a cambio. Álvaro es tremendo host hicimos siempre una comida a la semana como mínimo para sentarnos a compartir y la pasé increíble.
