Sara and John are interesting, generous people who have created a lovely campsite in the countryside. It was the end of the season when I arrived so there wasn't much work to do on the campsite, so it was very relaxed. Sometimes this meant the energy was a bit low as everyone was quite tired from the summer business and heat. I was introduced to their friends from home and in the village, who were absolutely lovely people and we had a good laugh together.

.This was my first experience of Volunteering At the first days I felt very good and welcomed, also I found John and Sara friendly and satisfied from my volunteer. But in the last days, the attitude felt different like something has happened. But since nothing was said to me I assumed everything is alright so I tried to move on. At the end, my experience was very nice and unique. I would appreciate if there were more communication and clearness if something felt wrong from the owner side, so I could be aware and improve it as possible as I can

Hi Tamara, really sorry about the mess up with the endorsements in the Worldpackers review questionaire. I thought I had endorsed you for another 4 or 5. I have contacted Worldpackers and asked to redo the questionaire but they tell me it is company policy to not allow changes once reviews are submitted! I have written again querying this and await a response. Hopefully we can get it sorted and your other endorsements will be visible. Sorry again for my poor IT skills.

Had a great time at Camping the camping. John and Sara are amazing people. Loved walking the dogs with John in the morning and eating the heavenly food of Sara for lunch and dinner. Super experience!

My experience in Camping the camping was amazing! I learned a lot about the wine world among other things. I enjoyed the morning walks with the dogs, the breathtaking landscape and the delicious food. My tasks were different every day, I made wine, bottled homemade beer, did some gardening, chopped wood and cleaned. I really recommend it. Thank you for everything!

Two weeks at the camping flew by and it was a great experience. Sara and John are amazing people, with which we could have fulfilling conversations and we had the chance to practice our english. I especially enjoyed time i could spend in the presence of their pets and also small trips to nearby bulgarian towns. We had a chance to learn and try new things, making craft beer being one of them. Other than that, stay there was truly relaxing and refreshing especially if you live a busy city life normally.

It felt like a holiday at grandparent's. Sara and John are outgoing, honest and so kind. We had many meaningful conversations about life and many laughs. It was a really great time. The only thing we couldn't influence at all was quite hot weather but we somehow managed. Some of the tasks we did were a bit harder due to these circumstances so the key was to stay hydrated the whole day. But most of them were easy and interesting, especially brewing craft beers was very nice. We are really happy and thankful for this experience!

Camping the camping was a place of good energy, the experience was amazing! The days I stayed there brought me a lot of learning, new skills and I managed to improve my English a lot. Sara and John are amazing people and very kind. I learned how to make beer and wine, in addition to improving my gardening skills. We shared great moments and laughs. I am very grateful.

I had an amazing experience at Camping the camping. Sara and John are very welcoming people, they made me feel at home. Each day was a different learning experience, they love to teach and share their experiences and knowledge. Schedules are flexible and jobs are smooth and fun. I helped make beer, wine, jam and chutney, also worked in the garden, walked the dogs and helped on the hosting platforms. If you like dogs and cats you will love this place. Super recommend!
