To visit and volunteer at the eco village Village is really a unique and beautiful experience. I would recommend if you want to learn about one of the ethnic groups of Vietnam. All the people there are wonderful. The kids that I was teaching were the cutest and nicest kids. I was teaching 1h/day to kindergarten kids, sometimes the primary or secondary school kids in the afternoon. So a lot of free time. They do have big groups of other guests coming pretty often, so sometimes it could be quite loud. An took us on small trips outside the village sometimes. This was truly an unforgettable experience!

I would highly recommend this experience as it allows you to become part of the culture and experience its traditions. In addition, the entire village welcomes you with a smile and you become one more member of the family. The people are very friendly and make your stay pleasant. The children of the village are lovely and eager to learn. It is certainly an experience that will stay in your heart.

My experience at the eco village was exceptional: the villagers are so welcoming and they really do open their hearts to everyone. The kids are incredible - so kind, friendly and funny. We got to sleep in the school with the kids, which was fun, though do be prepared that this is a community so there's not a lot of private space (I work online and I struggled sometimes to find an isolated spot). The food was sooo good - I have missed it every day since I left! You do work from day 1, so I would prepare some lessons and activities before you go. I hope you visit the eco village and have an amazing time :)

This had been one if the best experiences! the eco village village is truly a wonderful place. The village welcomed me with open arms and treated me with such kindness and warmth. The kids you work with are also amazing and they truly want to learn english and develop. An was also so kind and truly made sure you were comfortable and everything was in order. Over all such and incredible experience and I would really recommend it to other travelers🫶🏼

Where do I even begin? the eco village Village is truly a special place to be. An and all of the community members are so wonderful, the work is rewarding, and the food is delicious as well. I'd recommend being prepared to teach English to children of all ages and take the initiative to create your own lesson plans/have a little experience teaching if possible. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with my experience, and I am so grateful to the eco village and An. I hope to see you all again!

The eco village Village is truly one of a kind! Each community member greets you with a smile so large it warms your heart. The kids are precious, fun to teach, and will bring so much joy to you! Anh is an incredible teacher/coordinator, always ensuring her volunteers are comfy and happy. There is an abundance of delicious traditional food here! I've learned so much from the beautiful ways/ lifestyle here at the eco village. 10/10 I recommend this stay!

I love the eco village! We met so many wonderful people - they made us feel welcome from day 1. This experience is a mixture of teaching English and helping out in other ways (e.g., I had fun working in the communal kitchen). Totally recommended to other volunteers. One note - I'd recommend preparing some ideas for teaching English in a fun way (we taught a lot of pop song lyrics). Class is less grammar and more getting the kids comfortable speaking. Kids are K-8 and have a range of English knowledge. They have something really special and I'm grateful to have shared in it. Thank you the eco village!

This experience was even better than we could've imagined. From the moment we arrived, we felt so included in the community. We had a chance to participate in many special moments - celebrating the mid-autumn festival, making traditional food, singing and dancing with the kids, and much more. The students are adorable & eager to learn. Though the main goal is teaching English, there are many other opportunities to help out in the village. We'd recommend this experience to all Worldpackers (we came as a couple, but would highly recommend for solo female travelers too.) Thank you the eco village!

Volunteering at the eco village Village will be a memory I will cherish forever. I am so grateful to An, the children and everyone at the eco village Village for welcoming myself and my boyfriend into their wonderful community. We felt so loved and appreciated by everyone we met. Teaching the children was a great experience and we felt fully immersed in their culture the entire time. We even got to experience one of their traditional ceremonies and festivals, something I will never forget. Thank you to everything at the eco village Village, I can't wait to come back one day!
