My time here has been nothing but amazing. The community, natural beauty and cultural traditions of this place has made it one of the greatest experiences throughout my travels of Southeast Asia so far. My partner and I have felt truly welcomed and part of a family, learning more about this amazing village and the histories of individual people. The teaching experience has been both fulfilling and rewarding - getting to interact with really cute kindergarteners to wonderful and inspiring older generations. I would recommend this to anyone and cherish every second here as it's incredible!

A was a fabulous host. She is very good at communicating through WhatsApp and in person. She went above and beyond with making sure we were okay and even offered to help us book things for our next stay. She has such a gift to teach. We learned so much from her and the students. We will miss the eco village very much!

I had the incredible opportunity to volunteer in the eco village village, teaching English to children. A provided us with unwavering support and guidance. She went above and beyond in making sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone in the village was lovely and made us feel at home. It's a memory we'll truly cherish forever and we will for sure come back one day!

The eco village is a really special place, the people are so kind, the nature so peaceful and the schedule is very flexible! I'd recommend for people that want to take a break from fast paced travel and want some time to chill and take in nature/ culture! The food was also excellent! Any problems/ questions I also just spoke to An and she was soooo helpful and accommodating :) It was a shame that no other volunteers were there during my stay- but I don't think this is very normal. Also, sad to leave right before the Tet Festival!

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with An. I don't recommend going there in winter, especially for girls. I was there in February. I mention girls because we were the only ones who had to sleep on the floor in a cold classroom, while couples had a bed and stayed in a cozy, warm place with a private bathroom. I got really sick, and when I went to Hanoi, I realized my whole body was covered in spots. The clinic told me I had a virus. It's crazy that I had to stay in that cold room when I was the only volunteer there! It's unacceptable.

sorry for your experience—it was never my intention.I never asked u to stay longer.When u wanted to leave, I agreed.I only asked "if" because I had arranged a special experience for volunteers.I did my best to help with more blankets,give u my jacket,and support from our clinic.Many volunteers stayed in the same room through colder winters without issues.Proper preparation for the weather is important. arriving without warm clothing may have made thing harder for u, Btw, Thanks for your stay.

I volunteered here for two weeks and it was a good experience. The community was incredibly welcoming, and I loved getting to experience their culture and way of life. It was super rewarding and something I'll always remember!

The eco village village has been an unforgettable experience. There's something so fulfilling about immersing yourself in the village culture and traditions and it's truly made my trip to Vietnam a special one. The people are super accommodating and are probably among the nicest and most respectful people I've met on my 4-months of travelling. An has been extremely wonderful to work with, and despite being super busy, she puts in the effort to make sure you're comfortable and well looked after.

My two weeks in the eco village were unforgettable! An and the entire village gave me such a warm welcome and introduced me to the beautiful traditions of the Tày ethnic group. Teaching English to the kids was a lot of fun - they were eager to learn and full of energy. I spent up to two hours a day with kindergartners and occasionally taught primary and secondary students in the afternoons. Beyond teaching, I also had the chance to collaborate with An on the village's social media presence, creating posts and captions. It was a truly wonderful experience with amazing people!

My partner and I had an incredible time at the eco village Village. We cannot thank them enough for their generosity, kindness and love. From the get go we felt so welcomed by everyone. Our time at the village was truly special - from forming friendships with the children, to teaching at the school and clinic, enjoying the delicious food and being surrounded by such a peaceful and caring environment. It's been one of the most unforgettable experiences on our travels. Thank you An for your support and friendliness! We hope to come back one day.
