Where do I start and what all can I tell you. I can get short of words to explain how amazing hosts are Hara and Josh! This was my first volunteering experience and I got to experience with these amazing people and the hostel. They just make sure that you are safe and comfortable throughout your stay and they always help you whenever they can when it comes to your daily task. I got really lucky with this opportunity and I cannot recommend them more.

Where to even start with New Stay Inn :') The greatest hosts. This place is truly a home in Seoul to me now. The work is easy to learn, it's just very physical. I hurt my back the first week but it got better as my body got used to the work. Hara, Josh, and John are truly as wonderful as they seem online, and I got so close with the other volunteers so fast. The whole team feels (still) like a family, and every time a new person arrived it felt like they immediately became a part of the family too. Thank you for everything Hara, Josh, John, and my fellow volunteers. I miss you all already💗

This was my 1st Worldpackers and first ever international trip and I was incredibly nervous. Josh and Hara were wonderful, super accommodating, and lovely. The workload wasn't extremely difficult but can be tiring if you're not used to it, and it will differ from person to person. on busier days the managers will help. I had a lovely time here, despite having to shorten my stay for a personal reason, Hara and Josh were super accommodating about that and the welcoming atmosphere never changed! The Dorm is bunks, and the cleanliness is up to you and your roommates.

Best hosts ever!!! I stayed in the hostel for about 3 months and I immediately felt at home from the first moment I meet them:) They are such good people, and I was really lucky cause also my roommates where incredible :) We had literally everything we needed , a nice little dorm and a kitchen all for us .The volonteering was quite simple and Josh and Hara also helped us a lot. I had a very good experience and I miss it so much. Can't wait to see you again:,)

Recommend. The work can be hard sometimes. And if you not used to physical work, you will be tired for first couples of weeks. Usually work takes 3 hours. If there's a lot of work, managers will help too. The living room is in the hostel. Two bunk beds and bathroom. The cleaningness completely depends on volunteers living there. Hostel itself is good. Managers are great. Kind people. They will listen to your complains and help if they can. They take volunteers for lunch or dinner sometimes. And from time to time give us snacks too.

I stayed at New Stay Inn for 1 month but I wish it had been longer! The staff are so lovely and accomodating there, they really took time to be kind and show me what I needed to do. My duties were cleaning the rooms in the morning and rest of the day was free time. The other volunteers were so friendly and good natured and I really was lucky to have such lovely workmates 😊 The staff even took us for lunch/dinner on occasion to bond and there was always rice/seaweed/kimchi available in the kitchen to tide us over. I would recommend to everyone to volunteer here ☺️

My time in New Stay Inn was short, but I am so happy I was able to be part of the team here. This was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't ask for a better one! The managers are the best, the place is beautiful and I met great friends. I would love to be back here soon! The schedules are ideal to enjoy each day at Seoul, there is plenty of places to visit nearby and the managers are always in contact to help you if you have any questions. Thank you Hara, Josh and John for all the hard work and the happy environment!

I had the best experience in this hostel! we quickly got close with the other volunteers and had a family like bond all together with the managers! it's well located as it's 10 minutes by foot to the centre of myeongdong. the shifts are 2h/a day on average and is really basic! they also offer some food such a rice, bread, milk and eggs and will help you with anything you ask. my forever home in korea 🤍

My 3 weeks in Seoul flew by so quickly. I absolutely loved working at New Stay Inn! Hara and Josh are wonderful and always made sure the volunteers were doing good! The work was easy, working hours are respected, and the other volunteers were great too! I was lucky enough to experience amazing Korean culture and cuisine with them. If you need any recommendations regarding sightseeing, food or activities, they're more than happy to help. I'm definitely coming back to visit again! Miss you guys already!
