I really loved being part of Hare Krishna community. I got to know lots about this religion: meditation, connection to a soul, new perspective of living. I could ask many questions and they were always responded with respect. I have never met so many lovely and hospitable people in one place! Even though we were in the middle of nowhere every night we were doing something interesting (in our free time) - bonfires, trips to the lake, abandoned properties etc! Food was very different from what i eat on daily basis. Some was tasty some disgusting. But you learn to appreciate everything you have:)

A pleasant setting with a connection with nature, spirituality, pleasant human contact and a variety of missions and activities on site, including gardening and mantra singing. I highly recommend. haribol!

I'll always think of my time in the eco village fondly. I met so many volunteers from all over the world and the devotees were all so open and welcoming. I'm not a vegetarian myself, but the food there was always tasty and nutritious. All the temple programmes were voluntary and even though I'm not religious in any way, the Hare Krishna movement provided great insight. The only thing I would point out is the lack of organisation at times concerning the tasks.

This has been such a powerful experience! It is an invitation to be immerse in a spiritual movement, where they are very welcoming, and open to share their beliefs and experiences. The food is great, people are so nice and kind. The working hours are respected, it's just important to keep in mind that although it is 5 hours, they are spread through the day, so it is a bit challenging to balance with remote work, as it is my case. It is also away from everything, and difficult to move around. I didn't mind at all, as we have all we need here :) I am very thankful for this experience

My stay in the eco village was one of the best experiences in my life! I was a bit skeptical before I arrived and I was scared the people would be too uptight but the opposite was true - they were all so friendly and full of joy! I had lots of fun both with other volunteers and with the people in the community and had a great opportunity to learn about Krishna consciousness. The people are very open to discuss anything about their religion and everybody is welcome to participate in their program, but at the same time everything is voluntary. I would really like to come back sometime!

Could never be more grateful for the amazing experience I had and incredible people I met there! Tasks and hours were respected, staff is often busy but you can always find someone to help you, food might be very different from what some of us are used to but I'm sure you can find and have what you'd love from it (and it's plenty!) :) Will never forget my walks to town, the bonfires, my favorite activity (picking up roses from their beautiful garden) and the friends I made there from all over the world. All of this while learning about a different culture! Thanks a lot everyone <3

The eco village was a revelation, from the cultural immersion to the religion which I was interested in learning, to my fellow volunteers who made this stay a better place, it is certainly a good place to learn new things, have new experiences, and above all make new friends, but you must keep in mind that not all times have a good organization. The food is delicious even though I am not a vegetarian I enjoyed it. I learned new things, participated in the yoga classes and in some activities at the castle that I recommend you to participate even if it is only one day.
