Es staff es muy amable, el manager es flexible y respetuoso, los guests son muy abiertos y buena onda en general , y lo mejor fueron sin duda mis compañeros voluntarios Lucão Clemente Bridget Mona y Jannis nada sería igual sin ellos y la pasé increíble, llevaré momentos muy lindos en mi memoria 😊 las horas de los turnos se cumplen, a veces es agotador pero luego hay turnos muy ligeros por lo que acaba compensando. Compartirás tu habitación solamente con tus compañeros, algo que me ha gustado porque tienes más privacidad. Es un hostel muy organizado. Por su disposición no hay mucha luz natural

My stay at the Black Swan Hostel was not only enriching in developing communication skills but also gave me the opportunity to get to know so many wonderful people, which I enjoyed to the fullest. Special thank you to my roomies, who welcomed me so warmly, you are the best!! My only criticism is about the volunteer's room, which is simply too small for six people to live in and a little run down. Nevertheless I had a crazy good time at the hostel with the simple work that had to be done as well as many many impressions to remember, thank you very much!! :)

Incredible experience! I felt at home since the very beginning (the best welcoming I've ever had, it was super easy to connect with everyone)! The work is super chill, fun and you have time to talk to with guests and make friends from all over the world! The location is amazing and the activities are really fun! Such a good energy 🥹🫶✨ I highly recommend it! ❤️

Mi experiencia en el Black Swan estuvo bien. Conocí personas maravillosas y mis compañeros fueron muy dulces conmigo. Respecto al trabajo, considero que estuvo bien pero quizás demasiado exigente.

It was a fun month, especially because of the other volunteers and the chance to explore the exciting city of Barcelona. Unfortunately, I couldn't connect to management and some of the staff and didn't enjoy the working atmosphere (e. g. when the staff got in a bad mood). Also, the volunteers room is too small for six people. Besides that, I enjoyed the free time so I would recommend it if you're looking for a lot of party and long-lasting connections with other travellers. :)

Volunteering at Black swan hostel was a great experience. The work was fun and easy and the staff was amazing. It was my first time volunteering at a hostel and it couldn't have been better !

Fue una experiencia hermosa, conocí mucha gente y una ciudad que me dejó enamorada. El hostel fue mi hogar por un tiempo, y así lo sentí, cómo mi casa. Agradezco a Cindy por la amabilidad y siempre la predisposición a ayudar, por la preocupación de que nos sintamos cómodos y ayudarnos en todo lo que pueda para que nuestra experiencia sea la mejor. El trabajo no es complicado y siempre que necesites te ayudan, sos escuchado, importas. Gracias Black swan Barcelona, y gracias a cada una de las personas que conocí y conecté, hicieron de mi estadía ahí, un recuerdo hermoso, nos vemos pronto! 🤍
