Volunteering at the Travel Hub was a great experience. I like how the hours are set: you usually help for 2-3 days and then have the rest of the week to explore the city or work on your own projects. The job itself is great too: either reception or waitressing. They have a beautiful bar upstairs and once you get the hang of it, it's a pretty fun gig. My shifts were mostly at the reception and I enjoy it a lot. Julian, Kam, and all the guys at the reception are very friendly and helped me out with whatever questions I had. Mas and Julian, thanks for the opportunity! <3

My first volunteering and overall was very chill and enjoyable experience. Have plenty of days off to go and explore and the work is easy while getting to mingle with customers both local and international. Thank you for having me !

My stay at Travel Hub the guest house was awesome!! Mas is lovely and I felt welcomed from day 1. The working tasks are simple and so much fun, you got a lot of free time during the week to explore the city or do small trips to Penang or Cameron Highlands. It was my first volunteer experience and I am more then happy I choosed this place, definitely coming back! Thank you so much and lots of love, Lara

I had so much fun volunteering here and Masnita was the best host ever!! She's super fun and friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable during their stay. The work at the attic and rimbar were also super easy and fun! The staffs there are all super friendly and chill. It was fun working there as I got to meet a lot of people from other countries as well as the locals there:) Thanks Mas for the fun experience!!

Nicest group of people I've ever met. And Mas is an especially fun and caring host and can make some tasty drinks. The entire staff has some serious bartending skills. Great location in the city, right in the center of China town surrounded by a nice combo of fancy sit downs and street food. The bar scene is also really nice. There's a massive market right down the street where you can practice your negotiating skills too. I've made some life long friends from this experience.. highly recommend if your interested in being apart of a fun bar group

I had an amazing time in Malaysia. Maz is super fun and always tried to help the volunteers out and work the schedule around your needs. Would highly recommend, it's in a group location in China town and with a train stop around the corner to see the city.

Fue mi primer voluntariado y me encantó! Conocí gente maravillosa. El horario fue cómodo y aunque las horas en el bar son un poco cansadas tienes el tiempo suficiente para descansar. Desde que llegue Más y Michael me hicieron sentir bienvenida. Los otros voluntarios son de otros países y puedes pasarla muy bien. En la semana fuimos al boliche y fue muy divertido. Conocer al staff del bar también fue una grata sorpresa el chef siempre amable. Derrick muy buena onda y como líder siempre supo explicarme que hacer. Y que decir de Más, todo muy bien , Gracias por todo !!
