TGG Foundation offers one-month onsite training under its Global Citizen Program and Bridging-the-gap program in Wayanad. You can conduct your skill development training program during this period.
For greater participation of people and wider impact, please coordinate with the foundation to set the ground ready, well in advance before your visit.

EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in training, program coordination, or project management.
Hands-on experience in natural building techniques (e.g., rammed earth, mud block, adobe, bamboo, or cob construction) and sustainable practices.
Exposure to responsible tourism and community-based projects is an advantage.
SKILLS
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to design and deliver interactive and practical training modules.
Proficiency in fundraising, marketing, and participant outreach strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills to manage logistics and event planning.
