My second volunteering and it couldn't have been better. The hotel staff were super receptive and friendly, Alberto is super communicative, dear and attentive, always willing to help you if necessary. The work is very active and the hours are respected. Breakfast and dinner are great and well served. The hotel has a forest and a swimming pool that you can enjoy in your free time. I recommend 100% this volunteering and in case I have the chance, I want to repeat it without a doubt!!

During my time volunteering in the hotel-the hotel I learnd a lot about myself. I've become a better worker, friend and person. Alberto is an amazing boss- considerate, fair & welcoming. As a native english speaker, I would advise to foture volunteers to not (!)miss the opportunity volunteering in this hotel. Most volunteers speak spanish/portuguese and they also know english, which allows you to fit in and immerse to the experience as an equal memeber of the volunteer's groupe. I'll add that facilities, workers &working conditions are excellent. If I could I would definitely come back!

I had a great stay at the hotel! My responsibilities included managing the breakfast service, such as cleaning tables and refilling the buffet, which were easy and manageable tasks. The working hours were from 6:30 to 11:30, leaving the rest of the day free to explore the nearby village of the hotel or visit other cities like Milan. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for everything!

La experiencia fue realmente significativa, se aprendió de trabajo en equipo, se cumplieron con todas las responsabilidades y compromisos, el anfitrión siempre respetó las horas pactadas, 25 durante la semana, los días de descanso siempre eran juntos para tener la oportunidad de visitar otros lugares, para quienes quieran viajar a Milán y disfrutar la ciudad esta es una gran oportunidad, si se debe tener en cuenta que no se puede ser flojo ni perezoso para el trabajo porque así como te dan ayuda debe ser responsable.

Alberto is an amazing person that I had the pleasure of meeting, very kind, polite and communicative. He speaks several languages ​​so communicating with him was not a problem. The hotel is very beautiful, close to Milan, the work is as agreed and has flexibility if you need it, just agree as Alberto did before. I am very happy to have volunteered at the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel, the host is kind and through the staff you can meet lots of people and experience the culture, it is 4km away from the train station then 20 min by metro to Milano. The work is not bad but especially when the hotel is busy you have to work fast so you can finish within the 5 hours. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Instalaciones perfectas y limpias.Desde el desayuno hasta la cena son 10 puntos,es nivel hotel y no nivel hostel. Los cuartos son con dos personas lo que da un conforto extra , muy necesario para descansar.Alberto es como un padre, hermano y amigo muy preocupado y atencioso por el bienestar de todos los voluntarios. Fabio le da un brillo al hotel e isma un enorme compañero diario y líder de trabajo. Todas las personas que trabajan son muy agradables y el ambiente de trabajo es estupendo. Energía muy leve y al mismo tiempo enfocada en el trabajo. Experiencia increíble 👏🏻👏🏻

Lo malo de esta experiencia, es estar escribiendo mi reseña, puesto que significa que ha llegado a su fin. No pude haber pedido un lugar más increíble para mi primer voluntariado, las horas fueron siempre respetadas y los días libres me permitieron conocer más de la bellísima Italia. Todos los que trabajan en el hotel fueron maravillosos conmigo. La locación es excelente y las instalaciones son bonitas y confortables. Alberto es el mejor anfitrión, amable, siempre buscando que tengas la mejor experiencia, trabajador dedicado, y así como su familia, de buen corazón. ¡Recomiendo a tutti!

Mi experiencia en el Hotel fue excelente!!! Estoy muy agradecida por toda mi estadía, es una gran oportunidad para que practiquen el idioma Italiano, conozcan personas nuevas y conozcan la cultura italiana. El trabajo como voluntario es muy agradable, se los recomiendo!!

Ha sido mi primera experiencia en WorldPackers y superecomendada. Alberto esta pendiente de lo que necesitas y de cualquier problema que tengas. Tienes lavandería y cocina. Se cumplen los horarios y las tareas marcadas.Hay que tener en cuenta que no esta en Milán centro, si na las afueras, siendo un trayecto largo, aunque yo iba todos los días, y Alberto cuando podía nos acercaba y recogía, dándonos facilidades. La única pega que pondría, sería la mujer de recepción, Nathasa, mal educada e irrespetuosa, pero lo mejor es pasar de ella e ignorarla :) Volvería a repetir la experiencia sin duda!
