This place holds a very special place in my heart. It is the first worldpackers experience I have had and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The people are incredible, the work is easy and straightforward, and the hostel is in the most incredible location. You can hear live music and eat bifanas (classic Portuguese sandwiches) right outside the hostel. Swasty is such an incredible person and an even better host. The other volunteers are also always great, social, fun to get to know, and great to work with. I have met so many people here that I will stay in touch with forever:)

My experience at InnPossible was wonderful. The work was really enjoyable and consisted of chatting to guests, serving beers and putting together family dinners on Sundays. The hostel itself is lovely, it has a cosy social atmosphere, great facilities and a breakfast buffet that was always worth waking up for ;). The full time staff are excellent and showed myself and fellow volunteers such kindness from day one. This is a really special volunteer opportunity that I would recommend to open minded individuals who thrive being around people. One warning is that you won't want to leave❤️

My time at InnPossible the hostel was a blast. From the staff to the hostel itself and the location combined made everything incredible. Extremely doable work hours and work in general, and it is a great way to work on your social skills whilst exploring a new city. I personally think I grew as a person, due to the immense freedom which is given to the volunteers, which makes it feel as if you were really contributing to how the hostel was being run. 10/10 reccomend

So, I started my volunteering at Innpossible for the month of april and a week later I already ask Swasty to stay also for the month of May. I enjoyed my stay from the first to the last day, the team is incredible and it feels like family, the work itself is very light and fun! the location of the hostel is ideal and you would have a loooooot of free time to enjoy the city and fall in love as it happened to many of us, I recommend this experience 100% if you are a sociable, curious, energetic person you will not regret it and the hostel is an amazing city and I'm sure you will love it too!

Absolutely great first worldpackers experience, i really lucked out! the work is very straightforward and simple, limited hours so you have a lot of free time to explore the hostel as well as outside - there's loads of day trips you can do. very welcoming and kind staff, accommodation is nice. highly recommend to everyone!! thank you innpossible for a great time and for creating a space i didn't want to leave. can't wait to be back

Look, I truly didn't expect my time at InnPossible to be so ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. i made friends for life, had experiences i will never forget, and put myself out of my comfort zone, making me grow so much. You will meet people of all ages from around the world, learn a bit about their life, and know they will learn a bit from yours too. the “staff” arnt just that. they are your family, and I can now say that i'll have a forever home at InnPossible. seriously thankyou, thankyou so much for everything. GO TO INNPOSSIBLE the hostel, so you can also happy cry when you think about your time there.

My month at the hostel is something I'll cherish forever and ever!! The staff, other volunteers, and guests were all SO welcoming and fun to be around and the tasks for shifts are very simple and discussed in detail beforehand. I'd recommend volunteering here to anyone that's looking for a tight knit and energetic environment. Family dinners were one of the highlights of my stay for sure. Not to mention the hostel is the most beautiful city ever... counting down the days till I'm back. I'll miss you the hostel, thanks for everything <3

Think twice if you reaally want to volunteer in this hostel.. you might not want to leave it once the volunteering ends!! Hostel vibes are very cozy, staff welcoming and all amazing <3 Social atmosphere is chill while still remaining social - it's not a party hostel, but there are always some nice guests to connect and spend time with! That's also the main objective of volunteers here - to organize, participate and promote various social and fun activities, so if you like socializing and being active, you will not feel like "working" at all! It was an amazing first worldpackers experience!:)

I had a really great time volunteering! The receptionists are all incredibly kind, welcoming, and amazing in general. The atmosphere was great, and the work is super easy. the hostel itself is a beautiful city with really nice beaches and nature around it. Since I was here during the low season, there were only three volunteers, so it really depends on luck who you will get, but for most of my time in the hostel our group was amazing :)
