This place is a home, put simply. You will never want to leave. Even if you think you're not that social or are unsure about volunteering, just take it from a shy girl like me; DO IT! You will have so much fun and learn so many skills. Work is so chill so when you finish your shift you have so much of the day to explore Portugal! The staff here will make sure you feel at home, show you around and be there to listen if ever you need any help. Swasty, Nanette and Renan are the best staff you can get! This was my first time volunteering and I will do it more! and make some memories!

The hostel is a mix of socialising, wholesome activities and fun nights out. The reception staff are amazing and I will miss them all. Words cannot even begin to explain how much I LOVED this experience!!! The work is very manageable and it allows for you to have a lot of free time to explore the city. The permanent staff are incredible - shoutout to Swasty, Nanette and Renan, you all are legends and we had the best chat! It's a nice amount of volunteers as well, with up to four at a time. Especially in the last few weeks, it felt like we really had a community. I'm actually devastated to have left and would've stayed longer if I could. This place has my heart and I cannot wait to come back again… love you all so much 🫶🏼🫶🏼

The hostel really has my heart after this unique experience ! I did my first volunteering experience in this hostel and it was amazing, I would recommend it 100% ! The staff is really nice, always willing to help you if you need, the other volunteers were all so kind and respectful and the tasks were really easy. The work is really easy and you get to meet so many people from all around the world ! I stayed there for 5 weeks and I wish I could extend my stay it was so magical. The city is really nice and I met true people volunteering here. Do not hesitate to join the hostel team !! ❤️

I had the best month at the hostel. The staff, other volunteers and guests were all incredible. Such a social environment and so many fun experiences to be had. The work was so chill and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. the hostel is also the best city in the whole world. 10/10 recommend volunteering at the hostel.

This place holds a very special place in my heart. It is the first worldpackers experience I have had and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The people are incredible, the work is easy and straightforward, and the hostel is in the most incredible location. You can hear live music and eat bifanas (classic Portuguese sandwiches) right outside the hostel. Swasty is such an incredible person and an even better host. The other volunteers are also always great, social, fun to get to know, and great to work with. I have met so many people here that I will stay in touch with forever:)

My experience at InnPossible was wonderful. The work was really enjoyable and consisted of chatting to guests, serving beers and putting together family dinners on Sundays. The hostel itself is lovely, it has a cosy social atmosphere, great facilities and a breakfast buffet that was always worth waking up for ;). The full time staff are excellent and showed myself and fellow volunteers such kindness from day one. This is a really special volunteer opportunity that I would recommend to open minded individuals who thrive being around people. One warning is that you won't want to leave❤️

My time at InnPossible the hostel was a blast. From the staff to the hostel itself and the location combined made everything incredible. Extremely doable work hours and work in general, and it is a great way to work on your social skills whilst exploring a new city. I personally think I grew as a person, due to the immense freedom which is given to the volunteers, which makes it feel as if you were really contributing to how the hostel was being run. 10/10 reccomend

So, I started my volunteering at Innpossible for the month of april and a week later I already ask Swasty to stay also for the month of May. I enjoyed my stay from the first to the last day, the team is incredible and it feels like family, the work itself is very light and fun! the location of the hostel is ideal and you would have a loooooot of free time to enjoy the city and fall in love as it happened to many of us, I recommend this experience 100% if you are a sociable, curious, energetic person you will not regret it and the hostel is an amazing city and I'm sure you will love it too!
