Difícil escrever uma avaliação, mas me sinto no dever. Fui muito bem recebida pela equipe e o ambiente do hostel é muito bacana. No entanto, não cheguei a viver a experiência porque não senti condições de ficar no espaço oferecido aos voluntários. As instalações são escuras, pouco ventiladas, sujas e o lugar é extremamente pequeno para o número de pessoas que estavam lá. Não havia espaço nem para mexer nos pertences. O colchão é extremamente fino e desconfortável. Enfim, uma bagunça total! A equipe foi super compreensiva e prestativa quando optei por ir embora.

+ : el jardín en el que relajarse y refugiarse del caos de la ciudad, el puntazo del hostal es la presencia de animales, hay 3 gatos y un conejo, todos muy monos. Había un buen ambiente en el equipo, he hecho amistades con personas majas, he podido hacer tareas de bar y ayudar con los check in. - : algunas tareas cómo cargar cajas pesadas, llevar montañas de basura, lejos del hostal y sin un carrito para llevarlos, algunos compañeros hacían más horas de las acordadas, solo dan una cama pero sin comida, se podría proporcionar más comodidades

The hostel is a charming, well-located hostel with a cozy the hostel and opportunities to meet people from around the world while practicing English and Italian. The managers are approachable and open to communication. However, night shifts can be challenging due to noisy, messy volunteer conditions and extended work hours. If you're sensitive to noise or need organized shared spaces, this might be tough. Overall, it's a valuable cultural experience—just be sure to clarify shift details and volunteer dynamics in advance. Napoli is beautiful and the location is at the heart of historic center!

I enjoyed my time as a volunteer at this hostel! The staff is AMAZING, specially Marcello <3 :D As of the work, I was assigned the night shift which took a toll on my body at times because I spent most of the daytime resting. I was assigned the night shift without having the chance to choose... The tasks for the night shift were light, and easy to do once learnt. It took me a moment to learn how to make coffee and the other beverages sold at the hostel. The only dislike was having to throw away the glass... Mamma mia...!!! It was overall, it was a great experience to have been a volunteer.

My time at the hostel was really great! The staff were so kind and patient, and the other volunteers were just so great to be with! The hostel is really beautiful, in a central but less noisy part of Napoli. The work is easy enough, I worked the day shift and would make sure the hostel and hostel were clean and tidy as well as make and serve tea and coffee to guests. One of the only issues is the sleeping arrangements. The volunteers sleep in a loft above a 10 bed dorm, which means we never really got 100% privacy from guests. I would definitely recommend volunteering here, lots of love xx

My time at the hostel was one of the best experiences. The hostel is the perfect escape from the beautiful chaos of Napoli. The environment is absolutely perfect, surrounded by some of the best food, landscapes and people in the world. Very much looking forward to coming back soon!

The hostel was my first time volunteering, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The hostel is amazing, especially the outdoor area. The location is great—you can walk everywhere. The staff are incredible and make you feel right at home. The only downside is that we share rooms with the guests (which can be quite tough, especially for those doing the night shift (12 AM-8 AM) and needing to sleep during the day). Other than that, I highly recommend it—I loved it!

So grateful to have the opportunity to volunteer at the hostel, it's such a special place & I absolutely loved my time here - I wish my stay could have been longer as I wasn't ready to leave! The staff were all such kind vibrant people, they were always very welcoming & helpful. The tasks were easy & not stressful. Many guests continuously extended their stay here as the hostel is something else. I'll most definitely be back 🫶🏼

I feel so blessed to be chosen for this experience. This was my first solo and volunteering trip and everyone couldn't have been more kind and welcoming. I am anxious person, but this place and the people are truly comforting. The work is easy enough and the facilities here are great(and the furry friends). I hope to be back again one day, this was an experience i will truly never forget<3 Grazie to everyone at the hostel<3

I had a really great time at the hostel, staying for 1 month in August 2024. The work was all okay- I have no complaints and there were no bad surprises. I did the day shift, and the tasks were simple. I really enjoyed working with all the permanent staff- especially my collega preferita. The staff and the owners really make you feel welcome, and are great people. The hostel is really nice, the bar, the ping pong, the guitars, the hostel etc. I can't recommend it enough, and I hope to return :))
