This is a great host and I really enjoyed every minute of it, highly recommend it if you are a serious traveler looking for a nice and varming lodge to work. Will cherrish my stay there for all my life and could not do anything more than to recommend it. Thank You!:)

Incredible experience with a beautiful family! A lovely lodge and the work was really fun. We learned a lot. The host family are very fun to be around and they really make sure you feel at home. The area is beautiful and you get the chance to meet local people in very fun way. Also you have bigger towns a short train ride away😁

If you are on the fence about signing up for this experience THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO DO IT! This was my first Worldpackers and I'm so happy I applied here. The most beautiful family and house it was a pleasure to stay here. They are super flexible, generous, and kind and genuinely care for those around them. Its mostly being outside planting, gardening, and weeding. It was so peaceful listening to a podcast/listening to music while planting (that was my fav part). They are super sustainable and we all have something to learn by this experience. Ffi, Ollie, Alfie and Hatty🤍 thank you

Me and my friend volunteered together. Ffi and Ollie were amazing hosts, we had everything to be comfortable from our own rooms, to food, to local recommendations, and more. We did a lot of weeding and cleaning the house and outside, as well as a bit of planting. the home is as environmentally conscious and sustainable as possible, so that was cool to learn about. They also have the cutest kid Alfie who I played with a lot and a dog and chickens roaming around. They were super understanding and fun to hang around, and we tried to be as helpful as possible. Would totally recommend.

This experience was amazing, so far! Ffi, Ollie, Alffi e Hatty: a really gorgeous family! I could improve my English, teach and learn so many things and experience more than I've expected! I spent a good time cooking, gardening, weeding, cleaning, teaching yoga e meditation, and all the activities were really important for this stage of my life and for the project they are building. The location is awesome to offer a inner immersion. I'm really grateful for every intense and incredible day I've been here and I wish goods for the growth of this beautiful project and hoping to come back again!

I had such an amazing time at the home! Ffion and Ollie were very nice and welcoming from the start and I felt at home right away. They made a great effort to include me in conversations and activities and would always make sure that I was doing well. I honestly couldn't have hoped for a better first work & travel experience! I really enjoyed spending time with Alffi and listening to Ollie's playlist ..and Hatty and I got along pretty well, despite her growling sometimes:) I guess I fell in love with this little family. I wish you all the best and will come back soon! Thank you again<3

The amazing welcoming family! 👶🐾 Ffion and Ollie are so kind and open-minded🌎 This is my first Worldpackers experience, and I'm glad that I applied here!! My main tasks are cooking, cleaning and organizing, plus weeding sometimes🌿 I was able to relax with a private room with the large bed, and at the kitchen area there is a nice music speaker to play whatever jazz you want to play with connecting the Spotify♪ Ffion and Ollie let me cook Japanese cuisines with the spacious kitchen, and I felt like home🇯🇵 I spent only 10days, but I had a fun time chatting at the dinner together! ありがとう

Your organisational skills are just out of this world and I think you should definitely consider being a professional declutterer! :) we wish you the best time on your adventures ahead.

I couldn't recommend this experience more, Ffi and Ollie are absolutely wonderful people and I feel so privileged to have spent some time with them at their beautiful home. They made me feel welcome and at home straight away, the work was relatively simple and they provided so much for me. They were flexible, kind and caring, always going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Ffi, Ollie, Alffi and Hatty for everything, I will miss you all ❤️

I recommend the home 100%. I had the most wonderful experience Ffi and Ollie are exceptional hosts, they made me feel at home at all times. During my stay, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They provided lovely homemade meals, cozy, clean accommodation and also invaluable local tips. The work is exactly what we agreed on, and I'm particularly grateful about the flexibility and genuine care for volunteers they showed! I have learnt so much from Ffi and Ollie, they are so smart, warm and open-minded! I can't wait to come back:) Thanks so much Ffi and Ollie!

I don't have enough words to say how amazing is volunteering at the home, was my second time and I'm completely sure will come back again and again. Is a lovely family, always working hard and making everything to make the volunteers to feel comfortable and part of the project and the family. There is a lot to do so there is no way to get bored, and in the time off they are more than happy to give recommendations of places to go or what to do, also being at home just enjoying the place and its nature is a wonderful plan. All my experience was a bliss, and really hope I can come back soon
