I had such an genuinely good experience volunteering at the hostel. The hostels themselves have the best locations and are within close vicinity and distance to one another right in the heart of downtown Cancun. They are all clean and comfortable environments which makes the longer stay there super pleasant. I was able to make such nice friends with other volunteers and guests. Everyone is super nice and welcoming and create such an open environment. I had an amazing experience with Carlos as a host and I can only recommend position I had, in positive manners to other.

At first, I was a bit nervous about volunteering by myself. However, I quickly realized that it was the best decision I made! The tasks were fun and I was able to meet so many international travelers. I had a great time meeting the other volunteers, and each team member was so kind and easy to get along with. My role was to take the guests to the beach throughout the week, and it was the best. This is a great opportunity to explore Cancun and other cities of Mexico! I also recommend it if you'd like to practice your Spanish. Carlos was a great host!

I decided to stay at the hostel on the recommendation of a friend. The hours are good, so you have plenty of time to see everything you want to see. You'll never be bored, as the hostel has some really cool free activities on offer. I highly recommend the bike tour with Carlos! As for the hostel, it has a great location, everything you need is really close by. I would also like to point out the cleanliness of the hostel. I also liked the fact that the staff welcomed us as part of the team and we were not just volunteers for them.

El voluntariado fue una experiencia única e increíble que sin duda repetiré en un futuro no muy lejano. En mi caso era la primera vez que viajaba sola y fuera de europa, al principio tuve un poco de miedo, pero conocí a personas maravillosas, tanto voluntarios como trabajadores del hostel, gente muy amable y atenta, me sentí como en casa. Gracias por el trato y la oportunidad.💞

It was much first volunteer and I had a great experience in the hostel. The 3 hostels are great, super clean and there's always people to talk to. The only suggestion would be to be more clear about the positions, sometimes you apply for something but when you get there there's not more spots for that role, Carlos was really helpful with it though and he would let you try different positions if it's possible. I ended up doing party promoter and it was my favorite, you get to meet a lot of people and it's truly really fun. Definitely a great opportunity!

This was my first volunteer experience and i had a great time. The hostels are very clean and beautiful and you meet so many amazing people from all over the world. I had some bumps in the road with the management but it all worked out fine in the end. It was all worth it in the end and i was never bored here! Special thanks to Klara for making my stay even better here❤️

The hostel was great to volunteer at, the hostels are beautiful, have so many activities and I met so many amazing people from around the world. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hostel is also in a great location, I felt very safe

I had a lot of fun working as an equipment maintainer, the people I worked with like Chris and Ignacio were really friendly and open, the volunteers I met there were absolutely fantastic as well. It's an amazing experience to meet new international travelers and have fun.
