Fue un experiencia bastante buena, donde se respeto lo pactado por parte del anfitrion (Don Carlos) muy respetuoso y resolutivo. Los recepcionistas siempre muy atentos y cordiales. Tiene unas muy buenas instalaciones con una buena ubicación lo que me permitió encontrar bastante comida local y empaparme de la cultura Mexicana. Me permitió relacionarme con viajeros de distintos lugares del mundo y mejorar mi inglés. Me voy muy agradecido, espero volver pronto y porsupuesto que lo recomiendo 👍

La experiencia con los huespedes y actividades realizadas fueron divertidas. Las personas de recepcion siempre alegres. Las instalaciones son lindas y limpias. Don Carlos fue de gran apoyo. Muchas gracias por la experiencia🤍😊

Este fue mi primer voluntariado el cual fue todo lo que esperaba. Sin embargo, con Carlos, el encargado, siempre hubo buena comunicación. Mi tarea como party promoter me ayudó a mejorar mi inglés. Si quieres tener esa tarea, no puedes ser tímido o introvertido ya que necesitas hablar con los huéspedes. Pero sino de lo contrario es una experiencia que te encantará. Conecte con los otros voluntarios de una manera muy bonita. Sé que gracias a este será el primero de muchos.

I had a great time at the hostel! Everyone was very friendly with me, starting from the people at the reception and also at the bar. I worked as a concierge experience helping Carlos with the activities organized by the hostel and it was really fun, he's an amazing person! Thanks to this experience I had the possibility to meet new people and creating amazing memories and bonds with people that now became my friends! I will definitely come back!

We had a great Time in cancun, all the team is amazing, if you are working alongside Carlos you will have the best Time ever! I can't erased carlo's old ladys imitation of my mind! Carlos is such a good person, he help me a lot with the integration and my tasks! Because of the low or high season you might do an other work that the one your apply too, you have to be prepared of this eventuality just in case, but all the jobs are really cool!

Fue mi primera experiencia como voluntariado y estoy super contenta con mi estancia en el hostel El ambiente estuvo genial con el equipo que nos ha acogido muy bien y me encantó mucho poder conocer a tanta gente de México como del mundo entero !

Mi estancia en the hostel fue genial. Los hostels que hay en Cancún son geniales y muy cómodos. En cuanto a las tareas, los voluntarios se encargan de llevar a cabo las actividades de entretenimiento del hostel siguiendo los horarios estipulados. Son tareas sencillas y muy divertidas que te permiten conectar con otros voluntarios y conocer a mucha gente de otros países, eso fue lo que más me gustó. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y limpias. El personal de recepción siempre te ayuda y son muy amables. Recomiendo la experiencia the hostel a todo aquel que quiera hacer un voluntariado en Cancún.
