My time inthe farm was such a great experience! After a long three months of backpacking, it was so great to slow down, unpack my belongings, and immerse myself in the local culture. Michael is very big on supporting local business, so you naturally get to immerse yourself in the local culture very quickly after visiting the baker, butcher, and mini mart owner almost daily. Michael was more than fair with our allowance of free time, and even took time out of his weekends to show us around the island. I would recommend and I would also come back!

My stay at the farmwas my first experience with Worldpackers and the first time I travelled alone in general. the farmhas really beautiful nature and the farmhas a nice big garden. The work schedule are as described and very easy. I felt welcomed but sadly there weren't really volunteers my age during my stay so I felt a little lonely at the end. But in general I can really recommend this experience and I will definitely come back :)

I can't recommend it enough! Everything about it is perfect! I miss it already and I really want to go back. Michael, the host, is a person with a huge heart! He loves to serve, take care of the dogs and always cares about helping others. The work is not hard and Michael is very flexible. In the morning, we need to feed the chickens, walk the dogs, buy bread and organize breakfast and we help him in the garden. And at the end of the day, we walk the dogs and make dinner. the farmis 5 minutes away from the sea, and the island is very vibrant and peaceful!

My time here was really beautiful! Michael is such a kind soul and has a lot of ideas for the garden and house. I renovated the outdoorkitchen, did a lot of gardening, walked the dogs which I love to pieces and cared for the goose and chicken. In the morning the task is always getting bread for breakfast and in the evening the volunteers cook dinner. It's a really good social life, we eat together and speak about the task for the day, the working hours are more than reasonable. Michael loves showing the island on the weekend which was beautiful! Extendedy stay and could stay longer, thank you❤

AMAZING!! I was terrified of going after my first worldpackers experience in Spain was a disaster, but I'm really glad I ended up going. The place is just like in the pictures and everything is just as described. Michael is super flexible and doesn't mind if you need to work on your own stuff as well. On our days off he took us to explore the island and immerse ourselves in the local culture. I was also able to meet several other volunteers and we had a great time working together. The beach is 5mins from the property and it's gorgeous. I actually ended up extending my stay here. Def recommend

We felt very welcome and extended our stay. My mainly work was to help in the garden and there is enough to do because Michael has a lot of ideas. Aside of this we prepared the breakfast, walked with the dogs, cooked the dinner...the time of work mostly went very fast :) the farm in total and kokkari is a very fantastic place. A lot of beautiful beaches and hiking routes. I absolutly recommend this place! Thank you Michael :)

My stay at Michael was really good. Michael needs a lot of help. The mornings are scheduled - the first task in the morning is to prepare breakfast, get bread from the bakery down the village, wash the dishes and walk the dogs. Most of the day I helped in the garden afterwards. In the evening I walked the dogs again and cooked dinner. Michael is a kind men, he was flexible with the working hours and he liked to show me the Island on the weekend. His house is located 5 minutes walking from the village. There are Minimarkets, Bars, Tavernas and nice beaches. I can warmly recommend this position.

We had a wonderful experience with Michael and his lovely dogs. The house and the surroundings are truly magical and the perfect place to recharge. The work was more than fair and he showed us the farm's prettiest places on weekends. The area is quite rural but the village of Kokkari offers everything you need and is just a 5 min walk from the house. We definitely recommend this experience.

My experience at the farmwas good. Michael was very nice and attentive, the house is beautiful, it really is a peace of heaven and his 3 dogs were the best company. Unfortunately I went tothe farm when the season was already over. Also the days are shot so it's not possible to make the most of the day short. I recommend paying attention to what season you visit the island. Preferably do it from April to October when everything is open. I enjoyed my stay and my trip. the farmand the farmare beautiful places that are totally worth visiting. Thanks Michael for everything. See you soon

The farmwas a fun place to volunteer! The property was beautiful and situated so close to the beach and town square! The tasks were manageable and Michael was often agreeable to adjustments in schedules/distribution of hours. Michael also loved to share his knowledge of the island with the volunteers.
