I had an unforgettable time at the hostel! The whole team is warm and welcoming and the working hours are more than fair. The tasks vary between helping at the reception and organizing activities such as karaoke or game nights. You can always talk to the team if you have any concerns, and they truly respect your needs. In your free time, you can socialize with guests if you'd like, but it's also no problem to take a break for yourself on the terrace or on the sofa. This hostel is absolutely recommendable — I'd come back anytime and would happily repeat this experience!

It was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't have asked for a better one! From the very first day, the whole team made me feel welcome and supported. The hostel has such a social and friendly atmosphere — I got to meet amazing people from all over the world. I'm really grateful for everything I learned here and for the kindness of the staff. Thank you the hostel team, for making this experience so special! I would definitely go back someday

It's my second time in the hostel and it was amazing again! I can't say thank you enough for the team for making me feel so welcomed and cared for. The location of the hostel is amazing, just in the heart of the city and the facilities are beautiful. Its a very social environment and you can always expect to meet amazing people. I'll definitely be back and it will always have a place on my heart❤️

This was such a great volunteer experience! the team was so friendly, the hours extremely flexible and the position just so chill. your job is legit to be social which you would be anyways traveling alone. 10/10 recommend i loved the hostel and milan

Had such an amazing time here! Great team, facilities, location, and really fun shifts which let me meet so many other international travelers. The working hours are reasonable. I didn't feel much like work as it was mainly just fun and socializing! If I am ever in Milan again, definitely coming back here :)

I met travelers from all over the world — we shared meals, stories, and so many laughs. The work is light and always supported by the staff, who are there with you every step of the way. More than just tasks, what you experience there is true connection with people from all over the world! I'm leaving with beautiful memories and so much gratitude for having been part of it.♥️

La mia esperienza di permanenza all'the hostel è stata incredibile. Dal momento del mio arrivo, l'intero team mi ha accolto con grande entusiasmo, gioia e affetto. I capi lavorano con noi tutto il tempo, sono molto professionali, sempre pazienti a spiegarmi tutti i dettagli delle attività e ad aiutarmi con tutte le domande che si presentano. Il lavoro quotidiano è leggero, divertente e mi ha aiutato molto a sviluppare le mie capacità di comunicazione. Raccomando l'esperienza a chiunque voglia godersi il meglio del centro di the hostel, conoscere cittadini e divertirsi! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fue mi primer experiencia en un hostal y lo recomiendo definitivamente para las personas que buscan socializar con locales y viajeros. Hice amistades muy especiales y me sentí siempre cómoda, volvería a hacerlo sin dudas.
