My time here was so nice: the work I got to do (always diferent tasks, entertaining, fair) and the amazing meals that Tom cooked, from all over the world. Annemarie and him have travelled before settling down, and u can tell from the first conversation, how open minded they are. They are welcoming, always offer a drink or a coffee, and even a lift when possible! the home they built is exceptional, and I was in time for the opening party uhuu! Kids are lovely, educated and playfull. I'll miss the family, hope to see u again! Success!

My experience at Annemarie and Tom's place was amazing! It was my first volunteer job and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They are such a lovely family and welcoming people. Their house was very comfortable and nice for staying. The tasks were manageable and diverse, I felt helpful and needed which was important to me. Annemarie and Tom were thoughtful and caring and Tom's food is incredibly delicious 😋 I really enjoyed my time in potenza picena.

I had a very good time staying with Tom, Annemarie, and their lovely kids <3 I believe that a learned from them a very special life lesson that was about communication, we had a misunderstanding and they handled it so nicely, so open to talk and really taught me a lesson about communication! I really thankful for being part of their life for 2 weeks <3

Simply put, it is a multi-layered immersion. Tom and his family are incredibly friendly, their home is stunningly beautiful and they are very interesting people. The time I spent there was important for my personal growth. It is also a very comfortable place and the food is worthy of a 5-star restaurant. Tom loves to cook and you really feel loved by his food. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it. Potenza Picena is a beautiful city and time in the countryside is good for the soul.

The home is a family. They live in the most sustainable way possible. You will learn from Annamarie perfectionism, decoration and care for her beautiful garden. Tom will teach you how to repair everything! He will be happy for you to learn how to use and care for his machines. They will also cook exquisite dishes from all over the world. Sam and Timo love to socialize, and will always wait for you with a smile. It is necessary that you respect the spaces, the privacy and the ways of coexistence: this way you will have an excellent experience😁

The experience was amazing. The activities were varied and I learned about sustainability, recycling, compost and everything related to natural life. But the most important thing for me after leaving my country for the second time, was to find a home and a family. Annemarie, Tom, Sam and Timo thank you for receiving us, for taking care of us, for teaching us, for cooking us so well and for letting us be part of Of this experience. Tom and Annemarie are not only fantastic hosts but also wonderful people to be around. They create a welcoming and easygoing atmosphere which made it simple to adjust to their family routine. Both are flexible, understanding, and genuinely appreciative of the help provided. The work was highly rewarding—though physically demanding at times, it always felt fair and fulfilling. The schedule is well-balanced, allowing for plenty of time to explore. The location is beautiful, with easy access to nearby cities and towns for weekend trips. An experience I'd happily recommend to others :)

I had an amazing stay with Tom, Annemarie and their lovely kids! From the moment i arrived they were really welcoming. The work that had to be done could be physically challenging every now and then but also really rewarding once we saw the progress we made. Overall i couldn't recommend this experience more than enough if you're ready to do some hard work, wake up to beautiful views, be a part of their little family for a while and enjoy Tom's amazing cooking!

Agriturimoscala is a project that Anne and Tom are building with love and dedication, where you can see life in a more organic and sustainable way. Our tasks as volunteers were very honest never going beyond our limits, the schedules were respected and being in contact with nature was really rewarding, not to mention the excellent accommodation and food. In addition to volunteering, they allowed us to become part of their family and, together with Sam and Timo, we ended up forming a great team. Our experience was amazing !! Tom, Annemarie, Sam and Timo were all very welcoming and made us feel at home from the minute we got there. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy with a heater, great for the colder winter nights. They were great with communicating the tasks they wanted us to do each morning and we got to da variety both indoor and outdoor. We enjoyed eating dinner with them every night, Tom is an amazing cook! I loved learning about sustainable living and soil health from Annemarie, too! Overall an enriching and inspiring experience, I miss it already !!
