I'm very happy to have been part of this hostel and its amazing team! From the very beginning, I felt truly welcomed. The facilities are excellent — we had a nice flat for volunteers and great shared spaces. The staff team was always kind, supportive, and understanding. Big thanks to Chang, Phillip, John, and everyone else who made sure we were well taken care of. Work hours were respected, and the housekeeping team was always available to help and teach whenever needed. I'd definitely love to come back again and enjoy this incredible city even more!

Our stay at the hostel was amazing! The location of the hostel is great, we could reach everything quite quickly and were able to explore much of London. Everyone is so kind and friendly and we really felt at home. The working hours are respected and the work itself is very manageable. Thanks so much for everything!

Our experience in the hostel was simply awesome! We stayed 1 week in the Oxford street branch, and 3 weeks in the hostel, and we loved both of them!!! The staff are very friendly, always willing to help in anything you need. The working hours are respected and they are flexible about it as well. The work is pretty simple and easy. The location of both hostels are very good, close to everything you need and close to a lot of places that you won't want to miss in London. It's definitely a nice place!!!

This has undoubtedly been one of the best volunteer experiences I've ever had. I was treated so well; the hosts are truly wonderful people. Chang, Philip, Luke, and Adam are very kind and humane. I had the chance to be here during Christmas and New Year's, and they organized activities, dinners, and gatherings, which really made me feel like part of a family. Here, the work schedule is respected, which makes everything very enjoyable. I'm truly very grateful.

A lovely experience. Peaceful, welcoming and friendly vibes. I sincerely enjoyed every day at the hostel. Thanks to all of you. I had also the opportunity to meet and connect with locals.
