I am so grateful to have been given this opportunity. the hostel Earl's the hostel is a home away from home. Everyone in the staff are the kindest people in the world. The work is far from difficult and can actually be quite satisfying. The staff flat is very spacious and has all the amenities you'll need to live comfortably. There's a very respectful and warm disposition between the staff here, it feels like being part of a family. It's in a beautiful location aesthetically and a quick commute anywhere in the city. I 100% recommend anyone looking to visit London to consider the hostel Earl's the hostel!

Amazing experience! All the staff are lovely and so helpful. The work they expect you to do is very reasonable and well communicated. The hostel is secure and clean. I had such a great time here and hope to return one day!!

O LUGAR É TRANQUILÃO GALERA 🧝🏻‍♂️ I'm here for the 3º time cause: this place is chill, good vibes, we have a flat with kitchen for volunteers, maximum 4 people in a room, rich and calm neighborhood 😂 Amazing reception, cleaning crew and manager! I just would love to have some eggs for breakfast CAUSE I NEED TO GET IN SHAPE 😂 I miss u already AND YES, I'LL BE BACK! 🎒 😎

Volunteering at the hostel was incredible! Workers and volunteers made it feel like a big international family. Perfect for meeting travelers, cultural exchange, and practicing languages. Daily life felt like the “penthouse” of the hostel our flat was separate from guests, with a private kitchen and a backyard with flowers 😍 The vibes were unbeatable, with organized schedules and respect for belongings. Chang the sweetest, Violeta the rock, and ❤Phillip, always friendly and supportive. Truly an adorable team❤

Volunteering in Earl's the hostel was one of the most meaningful experiences I've ever had. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, supported, and part of something special. Everyone, from the staff team to volunteers brought such positive energy, kindness, and a genuine sense of community. It honestly felt like being part of one big family, and that's something I'll carry with me forever. Those friendships mean a lot to me and I know I'll carry them with me for the rest of my life. I'm really grateful for everything I experienced there. It's something I'll remember with a full heart.

We’d happily recommend Caique to any host looking for a friendly, hardworking volunteer. We had a pleasant experience working with him. He was committed to housekeeping and breakfast cleaning, always completing tasks to a high standard.

Everything was according to expected. Good breakfast, fantastic flat and fellow volunteers. Tasks were easy and well communicated, and Chang is a super nice manager at all momentos. Would totally recommend!

I'm very pleased to have worked at the hostel. I loved the whole team, both the volunteers and the staff. Everyone was very welcoming, polite and had great energy. Very relaxed work, no stress about schedules and the best housekeeping team possible!!! The place is super clean, organized and has a great space for volunteers. The location is also excellent, a very beautiful and well-located neighborhood. Highly recommended!!

Gabriel is a friendly, reliable, and hardworking person. He did a great job with both housekeeping and breakfast cleaning, always keeping a high standard in everything he did. He got along really well with everyone and received great feedback from all the colleagues who worked with him. He settled into the team quickly and became a valued part of it. We were very happy to have Gabriel volunteer with us and would happily recommend him to other hosts.

I had such a great time here. The work is fair, the hours are respected and flexible, which gave me enough time to explore London. The location couldn't be better — safe, central, and well connected. You're just minutes away from everything. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone (I could mention them all) is genuinely kind, friendly, and easy to work with. It was a real pleasure to have Oscar on our volunteer team. He was full of energy and a strong sense of responsibility in every breakfast cleaning and housekeeping shift. We would strongly recommend Madeleine to any property looking for a lovely and dedicated volunteer. She has a charming personality and quickly built great relationships with everyone here. Madeleine showed excellent adaptability and picked up new tasks with ease. She was consistently flexible and always ready to help whenever needed.
