Foi uma experiência incrível para poder aprender mais sobre como cozinhar e tratar os alimentos da maneira correta. Podemos cozinhar coisas deliciosas e aprender muito sobre o veganismo. Também aprendi muito sobre como fazer o serviço entre outras tarefas da cozinha. Muito obrigada pelo ambiente calmo e aconchegante!

Antwerp is a beautiful city and very well connected, so I could visit other places in my days off or even just in the morning before the evening shift. The restaurant proposes a 4 course menu that changes every 3 weeks, so I got to try two different ones in the month I was there. Both were very interesting and different from what I'm used to. I got to practice basic cooking skills and also waitressing, which I had never done. The chefs, the other volunteers and the customers were always very nice and encouraging. I really enjoyed my time here, would recommend!

I had a great time at the school. The team is very welcoming and genuinely fun to work with. During my stay, we learned about cooking as well as how the restaurant operates, and helped with cleaning tasks for the restaurant. The building is only about a 20min walk from the city center, and there are plenty of great day-trip destinations for your free days. Overall, it was a nice experience.

It was a beautiful experience! Ruth, Chala and Alistair are amazing people, super helpful. I learned a lot working with them. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very welcoming and stimulating, it is pleasant to work with. The accommodation is good, plus in a twenty minute walk you arrive in the city centre. I recommend this experience to anyone who likes to cook and meet new people!

Lovely stay! The volunteer I met made everything worthwhile. I hope to keep in touch, and I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Belgium who wants to learn some cooking skills!

The school is a very friendly and calm environment to work in. The chefs guide you in most of the tasks and they are very open to help. the only flaw that i caught is that sometimes there is a lack of communication about the organization of the school that we are supposed to use and of the shifts. these informations i think they should be told before getting there or in the bio. There could be for sure some improvements in the cleaning. overall it was a very beautiful experience that enriched me and got me close to the vegan and the restaurant world.

It was a very good experience indeed. This was my first time volunteering and I had quite a lot of firsts along side with it. The other volunteers were nice and Chala, Ruth and Alistair made me feel welcome. During my time there, I had the opportunity to grow, learn and deal with responsabilities in a non-pressure enviroment. the school has a great idea, but there's a few things that could be changed to really *be* great. I'm very thankful for everything and I hope to be back someday.
