It's was amazing, this is the best volunteer in London because the person there are fantastic and they do to feel you like in house. Task are easy and it do while the 4 hours of even day. Mariela is a big manager because shee is always attendant for helping you. Staff are wonderfull people. I believe that it's without doubt the best volunteer.

This was my first volunteer experience and I just have to thank you. Everyone was very receptive and helpful, always willing to help, the schedules were respected and everything went as agreed. I will miss the time I spent in London and the friendships I made. Mariela was very kind and was always attentive to our needs. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this team!

It was my first volunteering experience and I'm so grateful to the hostel for the opportunity. I could improve my English proficiency - and even practiced some Spanish. I met people from all over the world and I made friends for a lifetime. During my stay, Mariela, the manager, made me an offer that allowed me to develop skills in different roles - I worked as housekeeper for some weeks and, after that, as night porter. She and all the team are so kind! Thank you, guys! For everything. Maybe the infrastructure could be a little better, but no regrets. It's worth it! Hope to see you soon!

The hostel is in a good place of the city and the work is fine. I met other volunteers from other countries with whom I spent the best moments of my stay in London, the staff will always make sure you feel comfortable and help you with anything you need.

All of the staff members are great people, tasks are easy, the hostel is located in a safe area, the money for tesco is just enough for a week's worth of breakfast and lunch combined with the dinner given at new mansion. Would 100% recommend the experience.

One of the best experiences I have had in London, I would say the best, I met both foreign people and local people, the managers are very good, flexible, they are always attentive to you. The treatment is very nice, the food 10/10, they also give 16 pounds each week to use at Tesco, either to buy food or snacks. Very grateful to the team behind the Hostel. Carlota, Csaba, Jacob and Mariela are excellent people, very cheerful. The location of the place is perfect to enjoy the center of London, as well as to get to know a little more about the culture here, as well as foreigners and locals.
