Esdras a passé 1 mois au sein de notre communauté. Il a été ponctuel, respectueux, polyvalent, bienveillant dans ses activités d'assistance à notre équipe de créatifs (déco, tenue de stands, événements), et c'est de plus un super animateur d'événement (présentation, organisation).

Before applying, I recommend reading the reviews on Google Maps. The work is entirely technical and I enjoyed it even though I didn't do anything particularly artistic (checking heating, plumbing, bathroom repairs, installing windows). The food was insufficient given the workload, and my room didn't have a door or windows. I didn't feel the treatment was fair. Although there are some very nice people, the community really operates more like a business than a sustainable project. I don't recommend it if you have trouble setting boundaries. I agree with Daniel's review.

We are currently improving the dormitories we provide. Regarding meals: as stated in our volunteer opportunity, we offer basic food items for breakfast (coffee, bread, and milk), as well as ingredients for preparing lunch and dinner.

My volunteer experience in Ecoliving was wonderful! The people were very kind and welcoming, making me feel at home. The work was not too hard, and I got to learn new things. The best part was the beautiful view—waking up every day to the mountains and lake was truly amazing. It made the experience even more special. I'm grateful for this opportunity and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rewarding experience!

I have mixed feelings regarding this experience. All in all I am grateful, I did learn a lot. I've met some really wonderful people. On the other hand, in Grandvaux I missed a real sense of community and didn't feel very comfortable. If you want to explore Switzerland, I wouldn't recommend this place, if you want to (learn to) work manually, I do. The tasks where not always nice, but working with João is very nice and I learned a lot from him - about work and life. Thank you!

Amé a los habitantes de las dos ecovillas. Grandvaux es más de gente pasajera con aspecto de centro cultural y Cheiry es más un ambiente familiar más relajado. Me gusta la cocina compartida, libertad de cocinar creativamente y poder convivir con los nuevos amigos. Es Suiza y es posible que uno tenga que poner más de su parte para poder intimar al principio, pero terminé amando a cada personaje de la casa . Ha sido una experiencia de largo tiempo, muy entiquecedora, me entregué al proyecto y disfruté todo lo que pude durante mi estancia. Gracias

Mi experiencia en la ecovila superó todas mis expectativas. Fue un lugar donde encontré un cálido acogimiento y una oportunidad para conectarme conmigo mismo y con otros viajeros apasionados por la naturaleza y la comunidad. Durante mi estadía como voluntaria, descubrí un entorno hermoso y tranquilo que fomenta el crecimiento personal y el intercambio cultural. La energía positiva y la armonía que se respira en la ecovila es verdaderamente única. Sin duda, volveré a la ecovila, y lo recomiendo a las personas que buscan algo auténtico.

La ecovila me recibió muy bien, Alberto y Meire sobre todo :) aprendí mucho sobre la vida en comunidad, hice tareas diversas y siempre me alentaron a controlar y respetar las horas de trabajo semanales pactadas en la aplicación. La inmersión en la cultura suiza es total, y permite tener un primer pantallazo de cómo funciona su sociedad, y los anfitriones siempre dispuestos a enseñar y responder cualquier duda respecto a la cultura local!! El contacto con personas de otros países e idiomas es contante y son personas muy agradables que están dispuestas a ayudar con la inmersión en este país.
