My experience in the hostel was wonderful, I met very nice people from other places. The host Paolo, is a very kind and smiling person. The other hosts Deivid and Emanuel are also very friendly and helpful with information and orientation. The location of the residence is very good, you can reach all the interesting places in London within a few minutes walking distance.

El lugar es muy acogedor y agradable, paolo es nuestro guia en recepcion el nos horienta con horarios tareas a realizar, entrega de material de aseo y su ubicacion. tienes tu descanso en la semana, derecho a utilizar el gimnasio, biblioteca, lavanderia, hacer mercado sala de television y usos de cocina. es un lugar inmenso que cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener un dia a dia en las mejor de las situaciones, las habitaciones son personalizadas o compartidas, te ofrecen cambio de ropa de cama semanal, toallas nos facilitan uniforme de uso en el voluntariado se agradece toda la disposicion .

It is a very organized and structured place, the schedules are easy to follow and the tasks are not that difficult, the only bad thing is that there are not many social areas and it is a student residence, there is not much fun.

The room to all the private space you need. The structure is large but there are enough people to share the work equally. The location is really fantastic

Overall, I had a pleasant time. I got lucky, the group of volunteers I met was very good, we really had camaraderie and were able to help each other to finish our duties. The work can be very hard at the beginning but as time goes by it gets better and you can manage your time to finish properly. Something amazing is the location, you can go mostly everywhere by walking which I loved, also the area is really good. As any other work experience you always find things that can be managed in a better way but Paolo and David were always open to solve any doubts, I'm really grateful for that!

El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación., Si tus objetivos son conocer y disfrutar de la ciudad y sus alrededores . La estadía es cómoda , tranquila y segura . Los horarios , funciones y condiciones de intercambio son tal cual se describen en el perfil . En mi caso particular la última semana tuve un inconveniente de salud y los anfitriones fueron comprensivos y estuvieron al tanto de mis necesidades . Gracias 🙌🏻

My experience with the volunteering wasn't good. The work is heavy, more like an employee's job, and there's constant pressure during the tasks. You can only take one day off per week, and weekends are not an option. Moreover, when I arrived, I wasn't well received by the receptionist, who didn't treat me kindly. All of this combined ended up discouraging me from the experience. I wouldn't recommend it, especially if it's your first volunteering opportunity, like it was for me.

La ubicación es excelente, los horarios son claros. Conoces voluntarios de todo el mundo y tienes instalaciones agradables. Paolo es respetuoso con las tareas y los tiempos.

Spectacular! Everything was very nice, it was a very beautiful experience and grateful to them forever for giving me the opportunity to be with them and connect with many people. You will enjoy it!
