Thank you very much Paolo for your hospitality. The hostel is very good, the tasks are not heavy. The location is excellent. But there is a big problem, and they are the long-term volunteers. None of them is able to communicate or share team with other people. I had to share a room with one of them and it was a nightmare. The man is dirty, messy, noisy. He would get angry if I opened the window or the curtain. The room always smells bad because of that. He also left crumbs of food on my pillow while I was gone and when I told him he didn't even apologize. It was uncomfortable n disgusting.

It was my first experience with worldpackers, I congratulate the manager Paolo and the coordinator Manu, for always being concerned about the volunteers but I had a bad experience with my roommate, he is a long-term external volunteer at the hostel and before he had the same problems living with two former volunteers and permanent in the Hostel Chris and Denis, it was the same thing that affected me from the first day, they had little empathy and they only had the room to his stay with music and movies at the time he wanted and many times I could not sleep well in all my time there.

I couldn't ask for better host for my experience than the 3 guys from the staff. Paolo, Emmanuel and David are amazing people, thoughtful, respectful. As for the work itself, there are 3 hours a day from Mon-Fri with 1 day off a week and 4 hours Sat-Sun. There is no flexibility in schedules and working every weekend until 2 pm limits you to enjoy some things in the city, but all this is communicated in advance. It's a lot of cleaning work! So, get ready to see and experience unusual situations, as it's more of a coliving than a hostel, the people who live here usually stay a long time.
