The hostel was my first volunteering experience and it was amazing. Everyone at the hostel was super welcoming and kind. The work was not difficult and we were done quickly. Sadly, I was only able to stay for two weeks, but I spent my time well with all the other volunteers at the hostel. When I had to leave, I wished I had more time in Edinburgh, but I hope to come back someday.

It was a great place with good vibes—all the volunteers were great and they're always organizing fun activities together, and the facilities were welcoming. Mica, the manager, was always responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend to come.

It was my 7th volunteering and is the first time that I felt that stressed about it. Definitely it was just bad luck I hope! The communication is something to improve but not a big deal, 4 sure if u r thinking to volunteer this is a good place, the tasks r easy and meet volunteers around the world always is a beautiful experience. Don't hesitate to ask whatever u need :)

The experience at this hostel was great 😎​. The work schedule is fully respected, and there's plenty of free time to explore Edinburgh or simply relax. The people I met, both staff and volunteers, were amazing with me. There's a relaxed atmosphere filled with kindness, cheerfulness, and a desire to be active. If you get the chance, drop by the hostel :)

Getting to know the other volunteers and staff here was definitely the highlight of my experience!! the sense of community is unparalleled here, and i am grateful to have had the opportunity to experience their warmth and varying personalities. tasks and hours were clear and respected, with many opportunities to bond with the team. i think my delayed arrival due to unforeseen circumstances could have been handled better, as well as increased guidance for newcomers from mgt, but all things considered, the hostel was a valuable first volunteering experience that i recommend to other travelers :)

My second volunteering at the hostel did not disappoint. It was very lovely to come back again and enjoy the time at the hostel! The staff is lovely, helpful and well organized! Thank you for everything, it was so fun! Will definetily come back again! ;)

I had the best experience in the hostel! The work here is pretty much easy so there's plenty of time to explore the place. Mica is a wonderful manager, as well as a good friend to me, she brings the team well together:) the hostel family are so nice to me and I feel so welcomed. Even we are from different part of the world, we bond with each other and had so much funnn! I'm so glad that I've got the chance to volunteer in the hostel and meet the best people in my life!

This was my second time volunteering at the hostel and it was incredible again, warming team, easy and clear tasks, good flexibility around shifts and most of all a place I can call home. I hope one day I can come back again. Love you papis y mamis.
