Fue súper chévere, es un Hostel muy bonito y bien cuidado, además de que Andrés y Paula son personas muy bacanas que desde el inicio fueron muy amigables, hacen que el hostel sea un buen lugar para estar. Fue un lugar donde aprendí varias cosas y me llevé nuevas amistades, sin duda una experiencia que la volvería a repetir, muy hermoso todo.

El lugar esta muy cerca a la famosa avenida 70, hay muchos lugares para conocer cerca y el metro también está cerca. Lo pase muy bien, los anfitriones son flexibles con los horarios lo que es muy bueno cuando quieres hacer algo un día en específico.

Me encantó ser voluntaria, los anfitriones súper amigables considerados con gran liderazgo y muy organizados, aprendí mucho y conocí a muchas personas que llegaban de otros países, el lugar es súper acogedor y un lugar muy turístico queda cerca de casi todo, me encantó.

Súper desde que Manu y paula sabían que iba a estar allá estuvieron muy pendientes, dándome recomendaciones de cómo llegar y agendas a cada momento. Kevin es súper bueno teniendo en orden el hostel y ANDRES un excelente anfitrión. También pude disfrutar del sushi que tienen como alianza y fue espectacular recomendado sin duda, si tengo que volver a Medellín me quedaría todas las veces acá 😃

The host Andres was great, he always made me feel welcome and was very understanding with my class schedules. He was very proactive about meetings, making sure you understand what is expected of you, and telling you what to do/how to do better if needed. There was a bed bug problem during the middle of my stay and he shut down the hostel for two days and we all helped fumigate the rooms by taking apart the beds to get into the cracks and taking out all the mattresses. At the end of my stay, I had exams with my school program and Andres stayed in one night to take a shift!

With pleasure I recommend the experience at the hostel. The job is to be at the reception for five hours each night and it wasn't hard. The location of the hostel is perfect: the main street is full of life until 3/4 am, at the same time the area is safe, there are always new customers of different nationalities and it's simple to make new friends. Gracias por todo Andres, Paula, Manu y Kevin ♥️🍱

It was good hostel to meet with local traveler and international traveller. That means you can practice both English and Spanish. They are really kind and helpful to what i want! You will get typical Colombian home-made lunch most of the day which i liked a lot. So, you will get everything what you want to expect to get by volunteering in this hostel! Also, the hostel was next to the party street for local ppl called la 70. so you can go to party if you want! To note that, You will da night work from 2 am to 7 am if you are alone and 10pm to 3 pm or 3 pm to 8 am if you are two volunteers.

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue realmente genial. Desde el primer día me sentí bien recibida por Paula y Andrés que siempre estuvieron abiertos a hablar, fueron flexibles y muy pacientes conmigo. También me encuentro muy agradecida con Manu y Jake que en todo momento estuvieron para resolver mis dudas y apoyarme. Es un lugar del que al final no te querrás ir, la ubicación del Hostel es muy buena para conocer un poco del ambiente local y en general las tareas son muy fáciles. Muchas gracias por todo, me encantó formar parte del Team el hostel y espero volver pronto. ❤️

Volunteering at the hostel was a great experience. The location in Medellin is fantastic. Walking distance from Carrera 70 which is the connecting street near the hostel and is filled with local bars and great resaraunts along with street vendors. It is a small hostel but yet it is very new and kept very clean. Paola and Andres are the hard-working owners of the establishment and da great job making you feel at home whether being a volunteer or guest in which I have the oppotunity to receive their hospitiality on both ends. Highly recomend this hostel as a volunteer or guest.
