Amazing experience! people very kind, food very good, accomodations comfortable. the 15 minutes guided the Center everyday is really good to help you concentrate and relaxing, the Tuesday's and Wednesday's classes are wonderful, the work in the art studio is quite repetitive but is interesting... I liked to work there, people are nice and have two tea breaks! 🤗

This was my second time volunteering for the Center... and I hope to be able to volunteer for them every year! The food is wonderful, the rooms are great, the beds are comfortable, the castle is beautiful, the people are very friendly, the landscape is perfect! The city of Ulverston is wonderful for those who like nature, tranquility and trails. If you like all of this then this is your place. And everything is perfect with the meditations, classes and prayers at the Temple, but you only go to the Temple if you want! Come with an open heart and a whole world will open up to you!

I was happy to find here exactly what was agreed. Since the beginning of the application all the information was very clear, the schedule was respected and the work in the art studio was incredible! People are very willing to teach, my bed was extremely comfortable and the food is wonderful!

The best volunteer that I have had. We can participate of all events at the center, the food was really good, every on time, the bedroom was so big and the enough to feel comfy, bathrooms are really good, the building and the city is beautiful, with nature everywhere. Peaceful place!

Amazing experience! The community is amazing. Everyone are so nice and you get to meet so many different people from the world. I enjoy the work in art studio. The food are also really nice:) lots of people keep coming back which proveS this is a really nice place!

This was my first experience whit volunteering and I felt so welcome and comfortable at this place. I met amazing people from all around the world who inspired me. I learned something new about Buddhism and the Center. That was for me very interesting . The food was always amazing. Thanks for everything!! I would like to come back one day:))

Manjushuri the Center was one of the bests place I have ever been! Such a welcoming and tranquil vibe. Everything and everyone is amazing to be really honest. I worked in the kitchen for the first time, so I learned a lot about cooking and had a great time with people there. Also, daily the Center and some classes are offered for the volunteers. Wonderful opportunity. <3

Amé este lugar! Los monjes, los estudiantes, los profesores,los voluntarios, todo el talento humano del lugar es increíble! Son abiertos a explicar todo lo que deseemos aprender del budismo; las clases de los martes, la puja de las 7:30 PM y las meditaciones son increíbles, permiten realmente conectar y conocer sobre la religión budista y conectarse con uno mismo. Las tareas no son difíciles y se respetan los horarios pactados. La comida es deliciosa y el lugar es literalmente un castillo!!! Amé y espero volver! Gracias por todo.
