The staff at the hostel were amazing and super helpful, The room was very small and sometimes we had 3 people staying in it, one would have a mattress on the floor (this was due to owners not wanting volunteers in dorms room) Management were very apologetic when this happened and tried there best to fit us in other dorms rooms but we were moved around a lot without communication, But we did have a room that was just for volunteers so we could keep our stuff there

Família the hostel ❤️ This time at the hostel exceeded all my expectations. I was welcomed with open arms and I truly felt that I was part of the community there. I got a lot of freedom for making content and they were super flexible and caring. I even got to have couple of more nights there due to changes to my travel plans and sudden illness. I hope I get to return one day ❤️

Fue mejor experiencia como voluntario es un Hostel de verás muy lindo y tranquilo la gente de trabajo de ahí son súper buenas personas, son como una familia !! Amo el hostel

My experience at the hostel was very nice! I got to meet a lot of international travellers, make new friends and enjoy Rio at the same time. The staff is friendly and fun to be around. The work at the reception was very chill and the volunteer room was good. The hostel is located in a very safe and cool area in Ipanema next to various bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, metro stations and just a 2min walk from one of the coolest beaches in Rio!!

Mi experiencia fue súper buena, era justo lo que esperaba y necesitaba. Pude complementar mi experiencia de voluntariado con horarios de clases de portugués en la mañana sin problemas, teniendo también tiempo para conocer la ciudad y hacer nuevas amistades. Joao se preocupa de que tengas un buen recibimiento y explicar todo, además siempre tendrás alternativas de panoramas en la noche, ya que los horarios en Brasil son tardíos para cenar e ir de fiesta. La ubicación es excelente, esta literal a una calle de la playa de Ipanema y 10 min del metro.

Definitivamente recomiendo el hostel estube casi dos meses como bartender y conocí muchísima gente , el ambiente del hostel es muy agradable y el staff es casi familia, gracias por todo y espero volver

Quiero agradecer a todo el staff (roman, marcia, carol, maicol, sergio, joan, sofi, lucas, anderson, enrique)por su hospitalidad y su predisposición para trabajar en equipo, a Fred por la oportunidad de desarrollar mis habilidades en fotografía y destacó su liderazgo , a anderson por el trabajo cooperativo y por compartir experiencias, que manera de fluir! Ahora con respecto a lugar es super confortable y agradable , muy buena ubicación , a 200 metros de la estación del metro (osorio) lo que te permite estar en cualquier parte de la ciudad en 15 minutos y a 100 metros de la playa !
