This experience made a big impact on the way I used to see life, I truly appreciate all the things I learn here; me and my friend will be always grateful with samara for making us feel at home, we create a little family while the time we were there. We will never forget all the things we live in this volunteer. Thanks for all the good and interesting conversations! Sam and Dhara are beautiful and very interesting people. I loved spending time with them and learning from their experiences and our conversations. Dhara guided us in the Center meditations that I was not familiar with, and the experience was impressive. Sam told me a lot about his experiences and taught me about the Center. Both are authentic and respectful people; I had no issues with them. I believe it's all about open and assertive communication, not about assuming and supposing. The place is lovely and perfect for connecting with nature. You can bike to several beaches and enjoy Bibona!

I enjoyed my time in the Center, Dhara and Samarona are lovely and kind. I collaborated doing activities in the garden and with some cleaning stuff. The food is delicious and you can go to the towns near the house like Bibbona and Cecina. This is one of my first volunteering and I'm really happy for this experience. Hope you see you some day again! Best regards 😊

I stayed with Dhara and Samarona for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. I happened to be the only volunteer helping during my time there which left more room for me to get to know the lives and experiences of my hosts. This is a fabulous experience for someone curious about the lives of others, wants to learn about sustainability, and enjoys being absolutely surrounded by nature. You'll get your hands dirty but be blown away by what you learn and experience.

Amazing experience, beautiful nature place, wonderfull people !! Thanks to Dahra and Samarona for the well welcoming, and the wonderfull team of others volonteers Dexina and Tom, it was such a pleasure !! The place is really peacefull, the work is not hard and hours respected. I'll come back !!

Even though I arrived during a quieter period, I had a good time at the Center Centre. The hosts treated me really well, always having incredible film-like stories to tell and always having time to teach me plenty of practical things I'll carry with me. The place is cosy; the surrounding Tuscan villages are breathtaking. It's even close enough to the beach to go by bike! A word of advice for future volunteers: you should be ready to lend a hand, to dare to do things before dismissing them and be curious. I went away with the feeling that I could have learned more.

I had a lovely time in Tuscany. Samarona was a very welcoming host and made me feel like I fit right in. The work was very flexible in the hours you wanted to complete it and there was a huge variety of things to do so the work never became tedious or boring. I'm also a person with very little knowledge/experience of outdoor or farm work but Samarona was very helpful in teaching me new skills.

The Center of Dhara and Samarona is amazing! I felt at home. It's more like living together and doing things together (gardening, kitchen things, olive trees, cleaning,…) when a the Center group comes you need to be surrounded and it might be a bit busier. The day is full of doing things, but on your day off you can do some activities. The stories from Dhara and Samarona are very interesting - so ask (but don't argue). They have their own opinions and strict idea of what happens when and how. It's an amazing place so be in nature,.. Dhara did a the Center with us almost every day✨
