Esta experiencia fue increíble, es una de las más gratificantes que haya tenido viajando porque los deportes acuáticos son algo nuevo para mi. El hospedaje es en un lugar hermoso, le gente con la que compartí es muy amigable y mejoré mi inglés, e igualmente creo que ayudé a otros con su español. Las tareas son sencillas, visité varias playas e hice buenos amigos, me divertí mucho, gracias miles a Mauro y a su equipo. ♥♥♥♥

Couldn't of asked for a better first volunteer experience. Everyone made me feel welcomed and made some lifelong friends here. The work is easy and you get plenty of free time to surf, kayak, paddle board, cliff jump, etc. Everything you need is close by and there are bicycles at the house that you can use to get around. I would highly recommend volunteering here!

This was my first volunteer experience with worldpackers and I'm really gratrful for it. The accommodation is beautiful and the team was also really friendly and so helpful with me. After the shift We always had some opportunity to go somewhere or do somethings e.g. Surf, Party,Kayak, or just chilling on the beach during sunset. The work was easy and enjoyable also the working hours was perfect. Mauro was completely helpful and flexible if I wanted to change my shift. Thank you all of the team for this magical experience. I would 100% recommed for anyone!!

La casa y todas las personas que trabajan ahí son muy lindas! Las tareas son sencillas y los horarios se respetan. Lo único que cambiaría sería la organización de la casa pero de ahí en fuera todo me encantó. Es en una parte de la ciudad muy tranquila y muy bonita, hay muchas playas lindas que explorar y los horarios te dejan mucho tiempo libre ya que son solo 4 horas al día. Mauro es una persona increíble, muchas gracias por todo!

This was my first worldpackers experience and I couldn't have asked for a better one. The staff all made me feel so welcome and at home at the hostel. My fellow hostel workers were extremely friendly and great fun to hang out with. The work was easy and I had the opportunity to join the surf lessons, kayak and cliff jump which was so much fun. Mauro was very helpful and answered any queries I had and was very flexible if you wanted to work a different shift etc... I'd love to go back one day. I 100% recommend!

It was my first volunteer experience and i couldn't find better place for my first time. The shifts are easy and you have enough free-time. All the team was really kind and friendly with me. They helped me for every need. I enjoyed helping them at the guesthouse and at their surf school. You could live a total immersion into the local the guest house and have the opportunity to discover amazing places in Algarve. I would definitely recommend this experience!

This was great experience! The work is easy and follows the hours and schedule they give you completely, and your able to use boards and wetsuits before and after your shift. I did work here during low season so there was no other volunteers for most of my stay and not much access to a social life, which prompted me to leave a bit earlier than I had planned. But the owner was completely understanding and cool about it which was very nice. Overall I would definitely recommend this opportunity if you like surfing and having lots of free time to explore the surrounding area!

Even though it was low season, I shared the staff house with 2 other volunteers and it was a great time! The waves are the best during the winter and the beaches had no tourists so it was the perfect time for us to practice surfing. Definitely recommend

I really had a great time here. I helped with the kayak and stand up paddling tours it was only four hours and the work was fun. I really liked that you could go on the kayak and stand up paddling tours for free as well as take free surf lessons. One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the house. The kitchen is never clean and the rooms are cramped. Make sure you don't have a problem with staying with many people because the house is full and a lot of people will show up so very little privacy. All in all a nice experience I would recommend.

I had to take some time to adapt here, it wasn't exactly what I was expecting but it was still a great time! Everyone is super welcoming and easygoing. It was off-season so there wasn't much to do, so It's perfect if you're looking for lots of downtime to explore the city. You can see the community Is a little family. The only part that wasn't great was the lack of organization in scheduling, you only receive the work schedule the night before/morning of, so it's difficult to make any plans in advance. Other than that, I loved my time there and I thank all of the guest house for welcoming me!
